Excellent service, very nice people, fast appointment and very clear information. Only complaint is they are a little pushy on the sale. I had thought it was more of a consultation beforehand. Still looking forward to receiving my aligners. :)

Fantastic service, it was done quick and easy! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! She wasn't pushy and i was made to feel relaxed! I am excited to be able to smile confidently!

I'll start with a negative but then its all positive! My first tip is don't drive into the Perth clinic because parking is super expensive and my appointment was running 30mins behind. But GEE was that made up for in the room with my Smile Direct Consultant. I had Danielle and she immediately made my frustration go away. The conversation we had was very informative and personal and the 3D scan was amazing! I'm doing the payment plan which I think is very reasonable. I have now received my new smile plan and I can't wait to get my aligners in the mail!

Had such a lovely experience at smile direct club today the staff were so helpful, kind and not pushy at all. A big thank you to Emma and Grace for making my experience an enjoyable one.

My biggest problem is the up front fee .It is unattainable for me at the moment but definitely something I will be looking to do in The near future thanks

Was made to feel extremely comfortable, the whole process was explained clearly and all my questions answered. Highly recommend for anyone looking at getting aligners. It was also great to be able to explain what I felt I needed to have corrected and then to see the actual 3D scan and be able to really communicate what I wanted to achieve

Grace and Hanuan were very welcoming and explained things thoroughly, highly recommended their smile shop, 3D scabbing was a very new experience and was really cool to witness in person, go give it a try :)

Danielle was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
My appointment was 9.00am, and the text message reminder said 'please arrive 10 min early.' I arrived at 8.50am, but the office wasn't open. I had to wait until 9.00am. This one-time visit was supposed to be 30minutes, but it took nearly an hour.
What they don't clearly say on their website is that it will take 6-7 weeks to receive your aligners.
Anyway, I am looking forward to receiving my custome-made aligners.

Hi my first consultation was very informative sometimes you feel a little bit anxious when doing things like this however Chloe made me very comfortable and talked me through the whole process I’m now waiting for my aligners to arrive and I’ve also been given a free Whitening kit ..looking forward to the process
