Buyer Beware! I purchased this week as their website stated to order early for Christmas. I have been told that there are no installation dates available between Dec to 4th Jan. My delivery instructions stated as close to Christmas as possible. I was offered a video on their website why Santa has to deliver in November. I am a single Mum, and have saved for 2 years to buy a safe trampoline, and I am sad the service for installation and delivery is not child friendly.

Spring-free customer service is very helpful. The product is great quality. The design is very smart. We have no regrets.

I arranged for Springfree to remove my old trampoline before installing a new one. The technician arrived at my house early, and called with a pleasant attitude saying he was there. I had left a heavy bag in the side passageway that I intended to move before he arrived. I offered to race home and he was lovely and said it was no problem, he would manage fine and there was no need for me to even come. He listened to my explanation of how to get to the trampoline and when I arrived home it was all done!

I have a very old springfree model. When I needed replacement parts, I was surprised to see they still make them for the older discontinued models, and the service and promptness of delivery were excellent.

My children have a great time bouncing and playing on the trampoline every day, the Dog also likes to chase and bounces on it for fun with the occasional sleeping in the sun.

After 8+ years of daily use by 4+ kids, we have just replaced the mat and net. Amazing service and quick delivery to Far North Queensland. Here's to another 8+ years of fun, safe trampoline. My advice... buy a Springfree from the start, not after another 2 "quality" trampolines fall to pieces in a short time after regular use. We love our Springfree trampoline.

After nine years we have replaced the mat on our Springfree. Happy children, as the trampoline is like brand new, again. Thank you Springfree for producing a quality product. Environmentally I’m thrilled that replacement parts can be purchased.

Being in lockdown, and homeschooling for almost 6 months, this trampoline has been a sanity saver. A safe, sturdy product that has provided many hours of fun and fitness.

Our girls love this trampoline! It’s obviously the safest one on the market without a doubt and for that it was a no brainer for us! The build quality is excellent and it feels like it will last forever.
Ok it wasn’t easy to set up, but there’s a reason. It’s so well designed and safe that it has to be that way.

Researched extensively prior to buying a medium round. After six years in the elements not a single issue. Have just upgraded to a large oval. Exceptional customer service to match the outstanding product. Other brands simply don’t compare.

Originally purchased a springfree trampoline over 10 years ago. Used by our kids and their friends for hours upon hours of entertainment. Decided to get an upgrade of the bigger trampoline and decided to go again with Springfree trampolines, because of their lasting quality.

Our Trampoline is 12 years old and since getting a new mat it has been used so much. About to replace our net, but fantastic quality to last 12 years.

After 10+ years use, our Springfree S113 trampoline was looking a little tired, so we bought a new Mat and Net and now its as good as new!

The Springfree Team delivered and installed our jumbo trampoline within a week of ordering and they were so professional and a delight to deal with. Our 3 children under 5 are beyond excited with their new addition to the family. The safety and strength of the trampoline gives us huge confidence as well. We look forward to using some of the accessories as the kids grow.

We hadn't planned on getting our son a trampoline so young but were kindly given it. The Springfree trampoline really is a fantastic trampoline. He's just turning two and it's been great for him learning to jump. The net and build of the trampoline provides a really safe environment for him to play in.

We bought our first one about 8 years ago and with 3 boys, it took a beating. It survived numerous bounces and our boy's loved being on it all year round. About August 2020, I noticed that there was some rust appearing. I contacted the Melbourne Springfree office and they helped with the warranty process. The choice was either free replacement parts or a discounted price on a new unit (our's was purchased before the 10 year warranty on all items).
A new trampoline is a big outlay (even at a discount), but the amount of use that our kid's go...

This is a great trampoline. I bought it for my 9 year old and he absolutely loves it. We got one of the Springfree technicians to install, which made it very simple. I definitely recommend doing that. It is so sturdy and even when I have fallen against the netting it has taken my weight without a problem.

Very happy with our purchase of the Springfree Medium Oval trampoline. Really great quality, bounce & features. We are yet to use the Tgoma so can't comment on that. The ladder is difficult for little ones to climb on but given they need parental supervision anyway thats not entirely a bad thing. Overall we are very happy we decided to go with a Springfree Trampoline

The Springfree trampoline was the best gift we have ever bought our kids for Christmas. When we moved house all they wanted was to set up the Springfree as soon as possible. An awesome draw card to the outdoors, it has been the stimulant for many creative games, fun tricks and special times together.

We all known tramps are fun but Springfree looks so cool. Since we put the Springfree in our front yard we were worried it would take away from the look of our home’s facade. But we were wrong it not only looks aesthetically pleasing but creates a really homely and fun atmosphere for us, visitors and passers by.

We have the 2.4m compact round trampoline. Its a great size for our 2 & 3 year old and fits into our backyard without taking up the whole backyard. We're confident this size mat will remain suitable for them for several years at least.
We love how safe it is and how quiet it, especially compared to the trampolines we used as kids with the big squeaky springs.

We have had the jumbo round for 2 years and are very impressed with the build quality and performance of the trampoline, my kids were 3 and 4 when we purchased it. I did a lot of research before purchasing and believe that once the quality and safety aspects are considered the product represents good value and will last the duration of our kids intended usage.
