Excellent quality and very happy kids. We have also moved house twice since we bought it and the disassemble and reassemble service is worth it. There is no way I would try to put it together by myself!

I purchased our Springfree trampoline in 2012 for my then 7yr old grandson who's right foot turned inwards. The daily exercise he gained on the trampoline and along with insole support greatly strengthened his leg and a very noticeable improvement . Today at age 14, it is only a minor issue and I believe the hours he spent on the Springfree trampoline greatly contributed to this result.
Any contacts with Springfree staff have been very positive and professional . They support their products long after warranty expires.

Our family loves our new trampoline. It's big so we can all fit and have fun together. The quality is great and with the sun shade it should last a long time. I also received a phone call a month and a half after purchasing it and I was told I over paid for a product that was mistaken. The refund is on the way! I feel really good about dealing with a company that is so honest and committed to serving it's customers.

From go to whoa the experience my family has had with Springfree Trampolines is awesome. We bought our first trampoline 6 years ago and it was used everyday without issue. Just upgraded to the large size as the kids are now a lot larger and STILL use it everyday!

Our springfree trampoline has served us well for many years. Great customer service on purchase and assembly. Six years down the track, I rang about some rust in the frame as was worried about safety. Immediately after sending through my photos, I was contacted about replacing the rusted items for free under warranty. Absolutely amazing... best customer service!

After 7 years of constant use our mat finally started to perish at the seams, so today did the disassembly of the old one and put a new mat and bet on. Only took an hour and a quarter and it’s ready for the next however many years of enjoyment.

We recently bought a new net & mat for our 8 year old Springfree trampoline & found the ordering process very easy with the service from the team excellent. Whilst daunting to dissemble the net & mat & reassemble with the new kit, we found it fairly easy using the original instructions & had it done in a couple of hours ourselves.

So easy to buy, have assembled and had disassembled and packed with a full report years later.
Couldn't ask for any better service and speed that it all happened in was wow!

He dismantled the old Trampoline and installed the new Spring-free with the basketball hoop.
