They have most of product i wanted and generally I am happy with delivery service. But there are a few disappointing incidents such as some product too close to expiry date and leakage of liquid detergent by loosen package/top lid.

Found Eco aroma through the site (the rosehip and vit c serum has been a SAVIOUR for my winter skin). Was charged a membership that i didn't know about??? Contacted the cs and got a refund right away (lesson for me to read the T&Cs of sites). Seems like they're under a new management as well, so hope things improve in the near future as i do love the site :)

After buying an item online i was later charged a membership fee i had not signed up for (in 2017) turns out to be a very expensive item i bought considering. Complete scam, i see they have changed their website slightly to make this more transparent, unfortunately after the occurrence of charging many customers like myself who were not aware it isn't good enough to those who lost out.
