I need to change flight date I have a multi flex pass on flight. how can I do this?
1 answer
I tried to do this 2 months before I wanted to move my flights and allowed them 1 month flexibility and they offered no flights in this period despite selling tickets actively on their website during the month I was looking to travel. Absolutely useless service, don't buy the multiflex ticket, it is a scam.

Could you recommend an efficient agency to help with booking flights and accomodation?
4 answers
Thats a great question. If the trip is not overly complicated and you want direct flights, I would recommend booking online your self - with Webjet or Zuji. If you do want to have a travel agent, the only other agent I have been with was flight centre. But this was 5 years ago. If you do find a good travel agent please tell. I would avoid STA, as stated, as once they took my money, I never heard from them again. Not even any response to many emails, after calls, they just said since we signed the receipt theres nothing we can do! So beware!
I absolutely agree with the previous person - avoid STA, try to organise everything directly with airline. The same advise is for accommodation. Do your research through TRIVAGO, but contact directly the hotel with booking. Avoid using any agencies, they are just a middle man, and as such, will only rip you off. Good luck.
Whatever you do, avoid STA Travel like the plague. Check out the huge volume of negative reviews of this deceitful company on this webpage and others. We lost over $1600 to them and our vacation plans were completely dashed due to incompetence - several attempts by them to put together itineraries failed - they don't do their homework - but they're more than happy to keep your deposit. We've had good experiences in the past with Flight Centre, so I can certainly recommend them. But whatever you do, DON'T USE STA and pass the word so that other good folks aren't ripped-off. It seems to be the one thing they're good at!

Anyone interested in starting a clad action against this agency?
3 answers
yes ! they are cowboy travel agents and need to have some sort of accountability !!
anyone interested in starting a class action which can be all complaints please email [email protected]. Maybe everyone should read what their own poast and present employees are saying which is the reason for their non accountability for their errors and wanting their sales target higher. The CEO in London only has 27% of workers backing him.... MMMMMHHHH wonder why ..... please anyone wanting to take class action email [email protected]. Thanks
Class action ! try commenting on their facebook site. A web page dedicated to hating STA might be more practical.... let the world know how terrible this company is!
