Declan Barrie was excellent in dealing with our desperate need to change our flights on 2 occasions in a very short period of time as a result of CV19 to allow us to quickly and safely return home to Australia. He acted quickly, efficiently and compassionately and in a very professional way. His prompt service helped to elevate the great stress we were feeling. He was well supported by Laura and the rest of his team.

I've been travelling in the USA, it was week 2 of my travels when the Australian government announced everyone to come home due to the pandemic of coronavirus. Everyone's in panic, everyone's trying to get home and airlines been bombarded.
I tried to contact STA Travel but with the crazy demand of calls, I wasn't able to get through but eventually emailed Ally to organise an earlier flight home. Ally organised a commerical flight out of the US for me with waived fees...

Chanelle was extremely helpful and made the process very simple. I was able to save a considerable amount of money by booking through STA as they had access to a cheap student deal. Would highly recommend

My travel agent, Mikalah Champion from STA Carousel, has been an absolute lifesaver. I was almost stuck in Argentina after of the border closure imposed by the government due to the pandemic. I have used STA Travel at Northland for my last couple of international holidays. Dealing with Melissa was great. She provided me with some great deals and between the time of booking to payment, rang to say she found a better deal. Always available to answer questions even when overseas.

John Carroll at Indooroopilly was very helpful with booking our flights to Europe and gave us some very helpful info in addition. I didn’t encounter any additional fees after the booking. Everything was on the up and up! Never had any issues. I was worried about going to US, given what is happening over there but that worry was overrated.

STA staff at Indooroopilly, Bribane are very helpful, efficient and friendly at any time of the day I go in to inquire about trip. I had a wonderful trip to India with very cheap airfare.

No, I did not encounter any unexpected or additional fees after booking. My only addition was arranging myself, booking and paying a side trip to the Robinson Crusoe Island of the Juan Fernandez Archipelago. (Chile).
I booked the round the world airfare ticket, which was done in complete cooperation with me, as to what I want to see, and in what time frame, with a very sound advice from Rachel. This was good, because I could focus on enjoying my day trips from Santiago de Chile, Rio de Janeiro, 4-day Adventure Trip to the Amazon Jungle and to visit city of Manaus (Brazil).
The trip booking was so good there was no need for adjusting, or fortunately no need to cancel anything!

STA was so helpful in booking our trip to Vietnam and Thailand! Lydia Saunders was so informative and gave us guidance on booking flights, accommodation and day trips. We loved the hostels she recommended which was so important in regards to the social aspect of our trip. Would 100% book through STA travel again!

Laura was so helpful from the moment I walked into the STA store! Despite the fact I live hours away from the STA store i booked through, Laura was more then happy to help via phone/emails. I fly long haul multiple times a year and have booked religiously with STA travel for the past 7 years, and after my last experience will not be using them again. My partner and I booked a flight with STA, which appeared to save us money as opposed to booking directly with the airline. Samantha initially helped me just with booking flights to Europe, and then emailed me a few months later asking if I needed more help planning the trip proper. In the end, she helped me (read: she did all the legwork because I had no idea) plan two weeks in continental Europe, from getting around to hotels to useful tips from her own experience.
