Stay away, worst company ever!!
With the government grants running out at the time, I thought it was a good idea to get in while it lasted. In Victoria where the deadline was approaching before the incentive of 66 cents was going to be decreased, I went to this company to sought out a suitable solar system for our premises in the suburbs.
Reasons why I rate this company the worst:
- customer service non existent (no follow ups, no sense of responsibility)
- no communication what so ever
- paid a sizeable deposit and had to chase up the application process of what was h...Read more
olding up the delay - installers failed several times to show up at all leaving me looking like an absolute fool and very annoyed. Rang up to find out why and given excuses and some B.S. story. - Was not given the right system - System was not installed properly - Company was happy to take my money, but after that, every bit of consumer expectations goes down the toilet.
