Contacted Stegbar and sent through photos and some dimensions and am very happy with the result. Got dropped off as they promised . Local installer did a great job and now we have a terrace that is enclosed from the weather and a treat to sit in on a cold winters afternoon.Thanks Emily.

I was after a part for my Stegbar Door and contacted head office, who were not interested in helping me at all. I then contacted Ben from Stegbar at Kotara who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help and get the required part for me.

Great service from kotara store,super helpful with great knowledge on products. Product is great, have replaced all windows in existing building with these windows,and will definitely be using them for the extension renovations.

Ordered a bunch of windows - windows were delivered on time. Required glazing post installation, glazing was postponed multiple times and is still outstanding. Promises made and broken, uncontactable and non-responsive. Terrible experience.

No urgency to resolve from Stegbar given we had to pay 100% of the cost upfront.

Still waiting to hear from anyone at Stegbar.

Ben Smyth has been great to deal with at Kotara Stegbar. His quotes are always on time and he also provides excellent communication on the status of the jobs. He also keeps us informed on the progress of the job delivery.

Explaining what option and choices I had, product details and the installation process. I even had a follow up call after we arranged installation to ensure I was happy with the product.
