First pair guarantee was needed, as I'd ordered a size too small but communication was lightning speed and extremely helpful. Opened first pair was exchanged immediately without question, now the unopened pairs have been exchanged for the correct size. Super easy and super good quality and ultra comfortable boxers.

After ordering a couple of pairs of boxers to try. I was blown away at how well made and extremely comfortable they are! I've purchased quite a few pairs of boxers in the past from them. I have loved the quality and comfort of the boxers, no more cheap pairs that last a month! Saw the adverts & thought I’d buy some for hubby who has problems with other brands either riding up or chafing. Site was easy to navigate & the choice was varied. Well what can I say, to quote a very happy husband, these are perfect. He said the size was true, the feel was smooth and they definitely did not ride up at all throughout the day. I have bought him many different types of underwear in the past and just wished I’d seen these earlier. Started out with two pairs just in case, have just ordered another five with numerous more to follow. Can’t recommend them too highly.

Great jocks have bought cheaper versions of this style before, they sucked, so I bit the bullet and got some of the boxer ones. Fit Great, feels like nothing on at all. Hope they last a while.... Highly recommended

Was honestly doubtful at first, after trying them I wouldn't buy another brand ever again. Always had issues with finding boxers the perfect size and always had issues with them either riding up or bad chaffing after a long day. These have solved all these issues and I am so happy with the results.

I have quite long and wide legs amd I've been looking for boxers that don't don't ride up as soon as I take a step. These boxers are great and not riding up straight away in every day life, at the gym or at work. Yes, they still do ride up slightly but it's very minimal and unless you tape them around your legs, boxers will always do this. They are head and shoulders more comfortable than CK boxers that I've worn for years.

Great quality, very comfortable and they look really good too. I bought 3 pairs of medium but have gone up to a large. If you wear CK medium, I suggest a large just so your junk has a bit more space but still pretty comfortable in medium.

Follow up customer service is amazing and answered quickly with positive outcome - after hours. Love step ones, my males only wear this brand now !
