disappointed
16 months old and the floor tool has completely worn through the light steel bottom plate. we only vacuum carpet in a large office area. We expected better from a commercial vacuum cleaner. Stihl refuses to replace the floor tool and said the problem is due to overuse. We think they can do better. Disappointed.

AMAZING! I would not live without mine!
Though it is a little larger than normal vacuums its worth the extra room and effort, I have never had cleaner floors and everyone i know can't believe its power. Also the wet and dry feature is perfect for small children and cleaning out your car. Overall i would never have another vacuum cleaner.

I have now been back and forth to the dealership 6 times to buy bags. The last time they admitted they never...Read more
