Why is it so difficult to empty? I get covered in dust every time empty it. I have to undo all the parts of the barrel and wash the dust of every part each time I finish vacuuming. Its a big pain. It then takes all day to dry and the barrel filter take days to dry. Not happy Jan.

The bottom of the barrel doesnt stay closed so when I pick it up to empty barrel the rubbish just falls back onto the carpet husband tried to work it out (out of warranty) so now i dont know if he has lost a piece or not under the plastic strip that goes down the side that the release slide goes

How to clean the filters

Why the suction keeps going bck to low. Starts out good for all of one minute then reverts to low. Not sure which way to turn the dial. Filters/pipes have all been cleaned. Only had it for one day and cant get full suction. Very annoying. Can someone tell me which way dial goes for max suction. As i have tried it all ways and no go.

Keeps overheating and turning off, only bought last year and not had a lot of use as bought for low traffic work area. If you leave it switched on when it cools down it turns itself on again!

The cover over the Hepi filter on rear wheel keeps blowing off . It is replaced according to manual and will sometimes stay on for about 5 minutes.It was bought on 24. 11. 18 and is only used once every 2 weeks when my cleaner comes. Can it be modified at all?

Why don't Aldi have the filters for their vacuum cleaners available in store, and why are we unable to get filters for vac cleaners which are only a few years old? It seems to me that the Aldi vac cleaners which I have bought rely on very small filters, which are clogging up quickly for the want of some decent capacity, and replacements are either unavailable or at best, pretty hard to get hold of.
