We are currently in the process of purchasing a shed from stratco. Service is amazing friendly staff. More than happy to purchase from this store. Make sure you ask for a discount for paying cash. It can be quite a difference in price.

On a few visits we have been met with friendly people at the front counter to assist with enquiries about the catalogue items and about items such as tanks, pumps and storage. Prefer electronic than paper vouchers as you cannot lose them then, although they have them on the computer system. Would be good to have them electronic against your saver account. Products have been good and fit the purpose.

Two visits to this store and on both occasions we were very impressed with the knowledge of the team assisting. Equally impressed with the software used in quoting correct sizes for our slat fence extensions.

Many of the advertised catalogue specials were not available, quite a few products had no price on them so had to find someone to ask, the store near me no longer sells plants, what a bummer

Tried to get a quote on a verandah. Approached Lonsdale and then Victor Harbor store after no contact after weeks from Lonsdale, even after a follow up call from me....... still waiting months later from either store........is it your contractors that are letting you down... still you must have someone checking that quotes are not being added to customer enquiries?..
