After Shaun, the store manager did an excellent job in looking after us however, the accounts department screwed up, the mistake was my fault were I accidently overpaid, put $5,000 on the wrong card. You would think no problem, we can just reverse the transaction on your card, just swipe your card and enter the credit. Nope, it will need to go to our accounts, Ok I thought, they should be able to do it the next day, NO, it will take 2 weeks. No explanation as to why from accounts, I found this out after waiting for 3 days after the request was given to the accounts department. Again, excellent service from the salespeople but I would hate to have any sort of monetary dispute if it takes two weeks to process a credit card credit.

We were very happy with the process from the minute we first walked in the door of STRACO Dandenong our sales consultant Shaun went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what design pergola we wanted and that was in our budget would highly recommend .

From first contact on 08/09/21 Stratco Doveton has been nothing but incompetent. Dreadful customer service.
Should have realised there was going to be a problem when initially received incorrect posts for verandah on 16/09/21.

On 03/02/22 I attended Stratco Doveton and picked up screens only to get them home and find they didn't use the installers measurements, they used my width and a guestimate on the height. 08/02/22 contacted Stratco to have them remade and these picked up. Requested by Nick Kordic to measure the areas for the screens. Informed him the installer still had the measurements as I had spoken with him and to get them from him. On 08/03/22 rang customer service to ascertain firstly if an order had been placed and if so when it would be delivered. No order found. Apparently the customer service person looked at the file. Then told me he didn't want to get involved. Understandably considering the mess they have made. Nick was supposed to call me on 08/03/22 with an update but didn't. November 2021, Discussed and then ordered small section of fence, gate and fitting. ($1350 )
We will do our best to get to to you, the last week before Xmas.
I made contact the week before Xmas and was told NO SORRY, delivery now February 2022.
Stratco at no stage contacted me, no phone calls, no tracking, no emails.
February 4 th 2022, I make contact, discussed late supply with manager ( Shaun ? ), he expresses surprise that, he knows nothing of the issues and suggests, product maybe available week beginning 6 the Feb, 2022.

I'm delighted with my purchases from Stratco and the helpful service. I recently picked up my online order of raised garden beds & a diy patio heater. My enquiries about the heater in store were answered knowledgeably and I was shown an assembled working model - you're never quite sure what's in the box! The quality of the garden beds is excellent - nice touches such as wing nuts, corner protectors and powder coat finish. This is my second purchase of the same product. They have not rusted and faded the way my initial beds have, purchased from a discount retailer. Onsite parking is great as it's so close to the store.

After 4 delivery dates given to us and me having to loose 2days of work waiting for the delivery as you only have curb side delivery and the patio could not be left on street very unhappy customer would not use or recommend Stratco again

Nicholas Kordic is an awesomely efficient Stratco employee. He was able to understand my situation and came up with all the answers that solved my problem with getting my Gable Homeshed erected. Would recommend him along with the other guys there to anyone.

The owner of the house I’m renting kindly Purchased a carport for meprw from stratco Dandenong, was told it would take nearly 2 weeks for delivery which was no drama . Was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday and to call the day before for a rough time of delivery so I arranged for time off work to except delivery and for my own team to erect it. After the driver left I discovered 3 pieces of the carport were missing. I called stratco and was told they’d look into it and call me back but 3 hours went by with no call and I needed these pieces that day as I had taken time off work and it was getting erected the next day so I called again. Was told they can’t find the parts and would call back in 10 mins, no call back after an hour so I called again. This time after being told they’d look into it again and try give me a call before close of business I told them I need the parts before close of business . Was told the parts would be delivered the next day which I had no choice but to except, hopeful they would arrive In time for the blokes I had arranged for erection. Get a call half hour later saying the parts can’t be delivered till the Friday. Extremely angry I called the installer crew to cancel and was lucky they could come Saturday morning. I arrange for more time off work as my house has locked gates and I have to be be home to except delivery. Friday comes, mid afternoon no delivery so I call AGAIN. Bloke on the phone knows nothing about the situation and said he’ll call back. I explained to him the amount of times I’ve been told I’d get a call back and got no call, he said he’ll definitely call back, guess what, no call back . I call back In a rage as I had the installers coming in the morning. Told them they can come and pick there carport up I’m over it . I am then told they would try to get a courier to deliver the pieces on Saturday morning. The pieces finally arrive around 10 Saturday morning. Our attempt to have satisfactory communication with this business is so frustrating, this is my 3rd or maybe 5th review, one is pending so probably won’t be published

Went to Stratco Dandenong just after lockdown ended in to organise patio blinds. Obtained quote and was advised blinds would be installed prior to Christmas. Payment was required in full prior to a site visit to measure up.
Once again we were assured blinds would be fitted before Christmas and we paid $6200. Approx 10 days later on site installers came to measure and advised blinds would be installed before Christmas. My husband and I came into the Doveton store to buy a carport and were greeted by Greg who gave us the ultimate retail service. he was extremely kind, helpful and gave us exactly what we wanted. we couldnt have left the store happier and certainly recommend this store and their staff for anyone looking for a carport. there is a lot more that goes into choosing one than we initially thought and the value of good service and a wealth of knowledge is very underrated.
