Great experience! Really flexible and very reasonable!
Build was very well managed, Great service and always had time for us. Very efficient, factual and reasonable about time and price. Went above and beyond expectations taking time to explain things. Cost is on target with extras as required by us being fulfilled without delay to the timeframe. Only one unknown under the original house was dealt with within budget with minor cost.

VJ and Jou have told me that the new home build has been such a pleasant process with you – thanks for being so wonderful. I’ve been told that you have been so quick in your responses to any questions and requests, you are also prompt with payments – this makes for such a smooth process for everyone involved. Like you’ve mentioned we did indeed hit an unknown soil/pier issue underground after the demo of your existing house, which was quickly sorted out between you all.
