Adam and Rachel at Stroud Sunbury were amazing. Very accommodating to our needs. Instant solutions to questions or problems. Extremely professional. David the Site Supervisor was excellent. Felt like we were building with friends.
No hidden costs or fees. Quality of build is outstanding. We are extremely happy. I will be sending anyone and everyone to Stroud Sunbury for their build.

Such a great building experience!
We spoke to a few builders in detail and went through countless display homes but as soon as we sat down with Adam from Stroud, we need wed found our builder.
Off the mark, they seemed more expensive than most volume builders BUT the inclusion list was amazing, the quality of supplies was fantastic. We didn’t need to “upgrade” anything except a slightly bigger bath and some more fancy kitchen tiles, but it didn’t really affect the price.

My build went smoothly from start to finish, I had excellent help with color selection, there was no surprises or costs and we were able to change a few items without compromise. Adam & Rachel and the team were in constant contact with me throughout the build, the quality of workmanship was of a high standard and I was pleased to learn they conduct independent inspections and test measures to ensure my home was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend Stroud Homes.

We love our beautiful new house
Our first meeting with Adam and Rachel at Stroud Homes in Sunbury was refreshing and optimistic. Not at all like a certain volume builder We had engaged and were dealing with prior to Stroud.
Voxer communication made information immediate, and all concerned were kept in the loop. This was a very good system.
Adam put us onto Joey the architect who adapted the building plans to our specifications.
Work started on time and progressed rapidly to lock up stage. Organisation of the contractors was smooth and efficient and Adam’s management.

There were hiccups of course but nothing serious. Our concerns were either explained to us or promptly rectified. My New Home Thanks to Stroud
I can't speak highly enough of Adam and Rachel and their expertise in helping me build my first home. They made every step of the process so easy and they were nothing but accommodating to the changes I wanted to make to the original plans and provided their advice to enhance my changes. The commencement of the build was timely and it just kept moving forward. The regular updates and photo’s of the build was great and I am so pleased with the end result. Thank you Adam & Rachel.

First home builders dream!
Adam & Rachel were fabulous from day one! As first home buyers we had no idea what we were doing, they were helpful and so transparent with every detail from the costs to the building specifics. Our package included everything even a letterbox & clothesline! The colour choices were beautiful and the build was seamless. Communication was wonderful with the Voxer app, it kept us both in the loop & receiving picture updates was so exciting! Adam would also call every Friday with a weekly update of where they were at! The build was completed two months before the planned end date.
We were welcomed into our new home with two smiling faces and a giant green bow! We can’t speak highly enough of Adam & Rachel from Stroud!!
