Our build was managed very well we had a great supervisor that always kept us informed each week of the progress of the house and the office staff and David were always helpful and engaging.
The workmanship and build was very good have very few problems which has been addressed Our driveway was our biggest issue.
The company was always prepared to fix issues that we had without any problems
It was the same with what we were quoted from the start

Adam and Rachel at Stroud Sunbury were amazing. Very accommodating to our needs. Instant solutions to questions or problems. Extremely professional. David the Site Supervisor was excellent. Felt like we were building with friends.
No hidden costs or fees. Quality of build is outstanding. We are extremely happy. I will be sending anyone and everyone to Stroud Sunbury for their build.

Excellent experience dealing with David Kirby and the team at Stroud Melbourne North. The design phase and build were near faultless for us. The build itself went up without a hitch. The odd issue with certificates was to be expected that caused a few months delay but Stroud followed through to get things moving. Towards the end and post handover there were a few trades that needed to come back to rectify non critical items and whilst taking a little longer to resolve, Dave has been true to his word and pushed things along.
I would happily recommend Stroud and certainly build with them again!

My build went smoothly from start to finish, I had excellent help with color selection, there was no surprises or costs and we were able to change a few items without compromise. Adam & Rachel and the team were in constant contact with me throughout the build, the quality of workmanship was of a high standard and I was pleased to learn they conduct independent inspections and test measures to ensure my home was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend Stroud Homes.

I had the very pleasure of dealing with David and his team at Stroud Homes in planning the build of my dream home a little while ago. Unfortunately personal circumstances prevented me from building this time... but if I have the opportunity again, Stroud Homes & David & his team will be my first choice. After previously building 2 homes with others builders where we felt like a number, dealing with these guys was such a pleasant change! I couldn't fail the personal service, professionalism & care taken to make us feel like one of the Stroud family. Stroud was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Especially on the build front. Any problems that arose were dealt with swiftly. Communication around the progress of the build was excellent.

We had a really good experience once the building process started. The Supervisor and trades were very friendly but towards the end of the build there was a few promises made that were not lived up to. It was all sorted out and apologised for but dissapointing to be at the most memorable of the build. Overall the house is awesome and no major faults can be picked. Would we build through Stroud again? Yes.

We had a great experience with Adam and Rachel from the planning right through to handover, the finished quality of our home is 10/10 and exceeded all our expectations, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a forever home.

I can't speak highly enough of Adam and Rachel and their expertise in helping me build my first home. They made every step of the process so easy and they were nothing but accommodating to the changes I wanted to make to the original plans and provided their advice to enhance my changes. The commencement of the build was timely and it just kept moving forward. The regular updates and photo’s of the build was great and I am so pleased with the end result. Thank you Adam & Rachel.

Adam & Rachel were fabulous from day one! As first home buyers we had no idea what we were doing, they were helpful and so transparent with every detail from the costs to the building specifics. Our package included everything even a letterbox & clothesline! The colour choices were beautiful and the build was seamless. Communication was wonderful with the Voxer app, it kept us both in the loop & receiving picture updates was so exciting! Adam would also call every Friday with a weekly update of where they were at! The build was completed two months before the planned end date.
We were welcomed into our new home with two smiling faces and a giant green bow! We can’t speak highly enough of Adam & Rachel from Stroud!!

Highly recommended I could not be happier with Stroud homes in Casey, their professionalism throughout my entire build was amazing. I had regular contact with both the site manager and builder through the entire process, they kept you updated every week on the development and process of the build. It was not an easy build, due to council regulations, however the team at Stroud made it look easy and took on the challenge with no hesitation. Their fixed prices/contracts and workmanship was amazing and I was left with no hidden costs at the end. I now have a beautiful house to call home. Thankyou again I will always be grateful.
