Excellent service from Sal and his team, always kept us well informed of the work that was being done. Will happily recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed.

The install itself was fairly smooth but it was extremely disappointing that I had to chase up (unsuccessfully) for months a remedy for a small internal leak. After failing to show up as promised multiple times, I gave us and fixed the leak with someone else.

Start to end had good communication, their time are excellent. Explaining before carry out the work, nice team work. Reasonable rates.

Highly recommend sure freeze.

Failed to accurately assess and survey existing ducts before recommending and installing gas heating unit. The consequence, a heater that was only about 50% functional. Quick to sell but reluctant to rectify our problem. Many failures to keep appointments to formulate a solution. 9 months on feeling very frustrated we had an independent assessment and rectification of the problem. 3 hours of nasty graft for two skilled duct installers and we now have a functional heater. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Sal and his empty promises.

We got two AC's installed. Sal was very responsive and helpful. The team arrived on time and did a thorough professional job, being both courteous and diligent in explaining the system, testing it for us and cleaning up afterwards. So far, so good. Hopefully, we wont run into problems with the system and the after service

They have installed ducted refrigeration air conditioner. I have got 3 quotations & this was reasonable one. From A-Z..Sure Freeze team done excellent work.

Over charged, not knowledgeable - especially on config of controllers, cheap workers, unreliable, lots of guesses but changing them frequently, promise to attend if there is any issues after work done, never show up after money paid.
