Would not have my car serviced by Suzuki dealers if the service was free
Suzuki valve lash clearance is supposed to be done every 30k km as part of normal service and should include replacing the shims to adjust the gaps as necessary. By the time the engine reaches 100k all gaps would be well out of specs and would have required swapping and replacing some shims.
These shims are like hens teeth in Australia as dealers don't stock them despite being consumable items and required for a by the book service.
I was recently quoted 6-8 weeks to get these shims from Japan and you may be thinking I must have a very rare ...Read more

They want you to lose your warranty!
I was late on the 40,000 and 50,000km capped-price service. My car only has 16,500km on it. Got told it is now lapsed, too bad, don't care. etc. Just warning everybody. I was happy to pay the 40k cost of $200 plus the 50k cost of $175 to bring it back into line but it seems like Suzuki just want you to lose your warranty. I will never go back. No reminders or anything from Suzuki that my warranty will expire. Nothing. Bunch of jerks!!
Knowing my warranty had lapsed they called me to come in for the service pay for the 40k and 50k and it will be ok for $375. When I turned up today they wanted to charge me $600 and then told me it had lapsed.

Wanted brand new Suzuki vehicle. Terrible experience with one of Managers. Felt harrassed, delivery date a disaster, didnt register on time, problems with parts. Delays, aggressive, Staff continually leaving.Costings and paperwork errors. Forgot to fit some accessories. Didnt get $500 gift card listed on contract. No one takes responsibility or makes decisions to rectify to look after customers.

Norris Motor Suzuki Nundah -Beyond Belief?
My very first Suzuki and what a disastrous choice.
It went downhill from the pickup day
1. Pre-Delivery checks were not done, passenger door was damaged ( scratches) packaging marks all over the car, no setup performed. Sale guy took photos of damage and promised would be fixed on 1000 km service.
2. Service day arrives after two weeks..
A few issues identified and left with Norris Motor Suzuki.. Should have realized when no-one at the service center had a clue how Android Auto worked this would be a disaster.
3. Paint scratches from pre-deli...Read more

Customer care non existant
I purchased my Suzuki Vitara in September 2018, was happy with the car until a couple of niggling problems appeared. The first problem was that the car emitted a groaning noise as I reversed down my driveway in the mornings. The second was that no matter how many times I requested an address or repeated words the satnav would not direct me but instead gave me such ludicrous locations around Australia that in utter frustration I used my phone for locations. Ridiculous when the satnav was a feature I had insisted on having in a new car. I took...Read more
the car in for its first service and stated I wanted the issues rectified. Returning 3 hours later I was informed there was nothing wrong with the brakes or the satnav. I was told by the service manager that the brakes needed to be used for 5000km in order to eradicate the noise. I've had new cars and not once did I have to break in the brakes. I was spoken to with a condescending tone that made me feel stupid for not knowing that. I was given a loan car for the day. There were take away food wrappers on the front seat, hair scrunchies, paper coffee cups and an unused tampon in the console. I was disgusted at the lack of respect for me that they presented me with a car in that state. I was also told that the satnav was working correctly but all addresses had to be entered manually. I paid for the oral navigation feature and now it was useless. It is now August 2022 and today the car was looked at again by Wangara Suzuki. Apparently the brake pads get a layer of salt on them over night and this makes the noise when I apply brakes in the mornight, it also happens to the cars in their yard which by the way is in an industrial area and no where near the coast. Absolute utter rubbish. In regards to the satnav, thats as good as it gets. Suzuki cant afford to replace it with a unit that actually works. The fact that I paid for their cheap and inferior unit that doesnt work isnt a problem for them. The service manager stated that if I'd wanted a fail proof system I should have paid more and purchased a BMW or an Audi. This company has serious problems when dealing with their customers. They lie to cover up poor salesmanship and defects with their product. Really, I should have bought a Honda!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

A Suzuki saleman was strange
I went to this suzuki dealershop with my mother in-law to help buying her new car. The salesman was very interested in my car (vw golf gti) rather than trying to sell a car to my inlaw. He even asked me if I want to trade in my car although I clearly told him we were there for inlaws car. Not professional and very strange.

Suzuki Newcastle Hamilton is the best car dealership to buy a car from.

Lilydale & Croydon Suzuki
Absolutely disgusted in the service received at both dealers - asked for a test drive at lilydale dealer to which he wouldn’t let me drive as he wouldn’t even attempt to haggle the price or try and sell me the car. Went to Croydon to which whilst the dealer was bringing around the car for me to drive, he got a call from the lilydale dealer telling him not to let me test drive as I wanted to haggle the price. Cannot believe they operate this way, and not one of the 2 sales men attempted to even “sell” me the car! If not on price then extras, servicing etc. absolute joke and I highly recommend people to avoid these dealers unless you wanted to be treated poorly.

Poor customer service
Brought a car from Suzki. Sales representative did not delivery what was agreed on. When brought car back in to get what was discussed again which was written by him and having photos he again didnt do it and just laughed and said he cant do anything. Would not trust them as far as you could throw them. Once they have your money they play there word games. Do not recommend Parramatta Suzki to anyone. Sales guy even emailed me someones private information and when I rung him said oh dont know how I did that. Very incompedeant.

Suzuki Baleno Hatchback . I am so glad that I considered buying a Suzuki. What a pleasant surprise.
Great small car . So stylish and jam packed full of latest technology at a great price. Everybody who has seen it loves it. The team at Booran Suzuki were absolutely great to deal with, especially being female you didn't feel pressured but were treated with a great deal of respect . I dealt with Nerma who was just great and Raj also was fantastic. You were made to feel special. Lynn Hennequin.

If I could give them no stars I would
Never have been taken for such a ride by a mechanic before. I put my trust in them for years, regular servicing and whenever my car needed extra care. Took 3 weeks for them to give my car 3 different diagnoses. Each time I did as they advised, each time the issue wasn't fixed and I had to take it back. Thousands of dollars later, I have since had my car checked by an independent mechanic who says it was a blocked radiator. Replaced it and now it drives fine. Absolutely dumb founded that a Suzuki approved mechanic could not see a blocked radiator. Not sure what they were looking for apart from my money. Beyond disappointed.

Very Bad Experience
No Proper Guidance to Customer By Suzuki Service and sale Departments. They don't have even Basic Knowledge . I purchased my Car in 2016 very less milage and Battery is gone. On selling they told Customer -Cap Service but when you go will charge Normal and if you ask they says Oh that was Big Service this Time, Next time will be less. Receptionist are Rude With us . Never recomend any one . Only one service centre in Darwin so can't help. Servicing is very long wait if you miss it on first booking. Thanks

Booran Suzuki .. Good deals and moreover, good dealership
All of us tend to complain loud when we feel offended, but never appreciate a good experience. So I thought its time to call out to someone regarding our good experience.
While trying to replace our old car with a new Suzuki swift Glx Turbo, our initial experience at another Suzuki dealership left lots to be desired. Our next stop was at Booran Suzuki, and the experience was drastically different. We were greeted by Tyson, the soft spoken sales exec who took us through all the features, test drive and so on in detail. Also, we got a decent d...Read more
eal on our old car. The whole experience at the dealership made the buying process really casual without the nasty pushy sales tactics. Suzuki, you should be proud of both Tyson and Raj, the sales manager whom we interacted with at the dealership.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Suzuki Croydon. Part of Yarra Valley Motor Group.
Swift sport 2012 booked for diagnostic of engine running poorly.
The vehicle was scheduled to be looked at 24-04-17 @ 8am. Suzuki kindly agreed to accept the vehicle Saturday 22nd. Pity the message didn’t get to the staff on site when I arrived, however they accepted my vehicle without issue.
$180 for diagnostic. Engine is misfiring but source of misfire not determined.
Coils and sparks checked and appear ok.
$360 for injectors 1 & 4 to be removed and sent for testing.
Call to Suzuki several days later. I am advised that injectors came...Read more

Berwick Suzuki (Berwick Motor Group) CON ARTISTS & LIARS
have no hesitation in lying to your face, high pressure over the phone sales practices, taking advantage of country buyers. Took money and then did not refund it all. NO customer care culture whatsoever! Save yourself If you can find a car elsewhere do it. They go by Berwick Motor Group, which ended up being the Suzuki dealership (I contacted them via carsales) so sadly once you find this review it will mean that you have already been done by them.
