BERWICK SUZUKI **HORRIBLE** - CAR TEST DRIVE MOVIE TICKET SCAM - WORST SUZUKI DEALER
I purchased Suzuki Swift from Berwick Suzuki 4-5 years back and from that point onwards I am in their VIP mailing list.
I got this invitation from Berwick Suzuki in December, 2016 inviting me to test drive the new Suzuki Ignis. As part of the test drive they offered 2 movie tickets if I test drive the Ignis.
On a saturday as specified in the email I went and did the test drive, the car was a crappy car felt like I am going backwards with this model. When I came back after the test drive I asked about the movie tickets, to which the rep said i...Read more

Terrible Customer Service at Springwood Suzuki - Don't buy your new Suzuki or used motorbike there
I had done a lot of research about the Suzuki DRZ400E and there is no doubt it is a good bike. I decided to buy a new DRZ400E at Springwood Suzuki, as I had purchased a new Suzuki C109 cruiser from them previously and their customer service had been good. I was shocked to find that they seem to have completely lost the plot on customer service in 2017. After looking over the Suzuki DRZ400Es they had available, I selected a new bike that was a demo with 32 kilometers on the clock. I sat down with the salesman to negotiate the final price on the ...Read more
purchase and had the cash on me to complete the sale. When I tried to discuss the final price and looked for a little discount on the extras I wanted to include in the purchase, I was hit with a huge verbal assault from the salesperson, about how customers had it all their own way these days and that the customers had ruined the profitability of the industry. He went on further to tell me they don't get the rebates they used to get from Suzuki and generally made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated as I sat there. I could not continue to complete the purchase of the bike under these circumstances and being treated so rudely. Maybe he thought I should pay full retail for the accessories I wanted with the bike, but he could have given me a polite answer, instead of making me feel like a second class citizen for trying to buy a Suzuki motorcycle from Springwood Suzuki. He had not discounted the Suzuki DRZ400E from his advertised price. Perhaps the industry is in trouble and not very profitable at this time, but maybe this is more due to how they treat their customers than the state of the economy. The salesperson showed he had no respect for me as a customer, no respect for the Suzuki product and no respect for the company he worked for by making these comments to me. Maybe he was having a tough month and his sales were down, due to the very competitive market, But as a customer I am not interested in being told that I am the reason that Springwood Suzuki is not making enough profit. What type of pathetic salesperson, says these type of things to a customer who is about to buy a new Suzuki. I am sure Suzuki Australia, would not like their loyal customers treated like this, as I have purchased several new Suzuki motorcycles and cars over the years, including a new Suzuki Hayabusa, new Suzuki C109, a Suzuki Grand Vitara Prestige, a Suzuki Jimny 2014 and now may buy a new Suzuki DRZ400E also, but certainly not from Springwood Suzuki. Sure the motorcycle industry is a tough industry to do sales in, but I believe as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect, when I am buying a new vehicle, motorcycle or car, I don't expect to be told that I am the problem they can't make enough money selling Suzuki products. Sorry owners at Springwood Suzuki, your staff are rude, unprofessional and poorly trained. Your customer service is appauling. You have been in business a long time, but I doubt you will remain in business, if you continue to treat your customers so poorly and offer such terrible customer service. It is Suzuki Australia that should be cancelling your distributor agreement. I will not bother wasting my time with your company again or spending my hard earned dollars with you, buying a new bike or accessories, as I have done in the past. Get yourself some new well trained, professional and respectful staff, if you hope to continue selling motorcycles. I will be writing to Suzuki Australia to inform them of my terrible sales experience I experienced at your dealership.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Bait and Switch
Sold us a Suzuki Celerion that they didn't have whilst trying to push us up to a Suzuki Swift. Next day, magically, they, couldn't access the car we bought and we would have to buy the Swift for $1000 more. I don't think so!

Worst customer experience ever.
This is my third brand new car that I am buying from BMG car dealership and the worst customer experience that I have ever get is at Berwick Suzuki which the sales team uses aggressive sales tactic. Very pushy to get contract sign before having got all info about car finance as the Business Managers there are too busy to look after their customers and when is time to see them, they take you by the horn. Before you sign the contract, they very friendly and after signature, you're no one-unwanted and wasting their time. You send them queries and ...Read more
never get any response as the sales manager ripped me off $1000 off my trade in car and manipulating figures on your contract, making you all confuse, pushy to finalise everything so that you do not see the scam. I have had to insist to be seen by the business manager who was not willing to see me to clarify my contract as I refused before to use the dealership car finance as their rates are not very competitive and higher. My advise to any one willing to deal with car dealer to be very vigilant and take time to check all calculations on sales contract. Do not sign any contract before you know that everything is fine. Better to lose a deal than to get ripped off. Very dishonest car dealer.

Arrogant after sales service
After giving these guys my business by purchasing my new Suzuki Swift over 2 other dealerships it was disappointing when i returned today to sort out a bluetooth issue on my hands free phone function. [name removed] the sales person who sold me the vehicle said any issues with this function please come and see me and i'll fix it, yeah right, all i heard under his breath was oh god as if it was all too much, what a horrible arrogant thing to say after it was all smiles 3 months ago when i handed him $16,000 for the car, what a joke. Shame on you [name removed] and shame on you Melville Suzuki.

Bridgestone Dueler H/T D687
I recently reviewed the Bridgestone Dueler H/T 687 on my new Suzuki Grand Vitara. Since that review Bridgestone and Booran Suzuki have agreed to replace the tyres to something more appropriate to the vehicle. I am happy with the response form both Suzuki Care and Booran in resolving this issue and now feel safe driving the vehicle in my rural location.
If buying a 4x4 check to see if the vehicle has highway or all terrain tyres. If you are only going to use it in the city HT tyres are no problem but if like me you live on gravel roads the supplied tyres were inadequate.
Able to discuss and negotiate a suitable outcome.

They don't care.
Had bad service from day l bought it. Once they have your money you are no longer of interest to them.
l copped rudeness, ignorance and uncompassionate conduct from them in the 4 years l dealt with them here in Mildura so when the throttle became dangerous and had a mind of it's own 3 months past warranty,(35,000 kms) no surprises there. At first they said they would definately have it fixed as it is a big problem and then. nothing and no return phone calls. They would not even tell me or direct me to someone to fix it at my cost. Not even the supposedly big wigs in Melbourne.
Talk about customer service. There wasn't a shred of it.
