Our fridge is an older Samsung unit and I was tossing up wether to update or fix So I called Sydney Fridge repairs on 0418407470 for a service call and seeing the call out fee was reasonable I arranged a date and time I knew exactly what time he was to arrive, I was very impressed with his honestesty explaining what the problem was. Peter fixed my fridge cleaned up after and the price was reasonable I’d definitely use this company again

Their website says "No 1 for Refrigerator Repairs in Sydney ... fridge repair specialists" blah blah blah. I rang them over 3 weeks ago asking if they would do a fridge repair. I then emailed them photos as requested. They have not responded to my email for over a week. They have not called. Their phone always goes to voicemail. Then when I finally call after the 6th time and get to speak to a human, advising them this is their last chance or I will find someone else, they hang up on me! They didn't even listen to me. I was giving them a chance to still do the job and they hung up! Extraordinary. Goodluck to people who run their businesses this way.
