T.K. Maxx

I love TJ Max and thought I would love TK MAX too but I find they do not stock alot of Christian Wall Decors, Plagues, books, Diary, Journals. It's non existent in the store. I love that in America they have so many bible quotes on wall decor. Nativity sets for Christmas instead of Reindeer's, Santa Claus, with all decor in America it was amazing. TK Max is no where near as stocked and better as the TJ MAX in America.. Dissapointing ..

The place is like a warehouse. The goods are either defective, off-season or sample second. I once saw a LV handbag for sale in the store. The stripe has already turned yellow and they claimed it is new! I also found the designer handbags are different to those for sales in Myer or David Jones. I would be very cautious if I have to buy luxury items in this store. Very like a flea market.

I bought a blue pockemon cushion today at TK Max Hillsdale at $8
I left it in my car to get another one, I found the exact same one, but orange, those were the only 2 with the same pattern, there was nothing else even similar, it didnt have any label, nor price or tag. The cashier call to get the price and they said it was $12, I really wonder where they got the price from? Did they make it up?
Couldnt the cashier sell it to me for the same price, since she was the same person who charged me $8 for the 1st one? Most shops would leave it for the same price, but TK Max didnt, a big disappointment.

All the kids are really good and have a great prices as well. But there is hardly anyone in the shop to assist and big queue when you try to pay.

I went to return a bag I had received as a present the previous day with the tag still on and DONCASTER store manager, Hayley, was so rude and refused to issue a refund. I will be lodging a complaint against TKMaxx with the consumer affairs.

Take your time in browsing everything, because I've found great clothing for the fraction of normal sales prices! Selection is very wide, but almost all the stores are very messy

The staff who work there do not display 100% amazing customer service. But it’s a discount warehouse style of store so I didn’t expect that anyway. In terms of the items they carry they are fantastic! I always get complimented on my outfits when I wear something sourced from Tk Maxx

I went into TK Maxx and as I was buying my items, I asked if I could buy a TKMaxx carry bag I had in my handbag. They were given out with your purchases when TK Maxx opened. The male cashier said I'd stolen it. I kept saying it's used and I was given it when the store opened. He called over a supervisor who said they didn't have that style for sale in the store. So I said: I can't have stolen it. You don't have any in the store. He replied: I'm sorry. I said: You've got an awful manner. The supervisor said: You've got your good. Now leave the store. You're rude!!! It wasnt me being rude it was the staff trying to claim ID stolen the carry bag. Won't shop there again.

Went to Blacktown NSW store today, absolute terrible customer service, one of the worst i ever had. Also passed the feedback to head office. But will never go back even i get a 50%-70% discount.

Love the T.K.Maxx stores. Such a variety of clothing, home wares, decor & some specialty food lines. Prices are amazing, especially Markdowns. Stock changes daily. Stock is often exclusive and there are great bargains to be found. Layout is spacious & well organised.

Love shopping at tk maxx, I usually walk out with a few things each time but it really depends on which shop you are in as I find it varied. Some of the ones i go into are excellent, whereas others are pretty average. Need to go to a few stores and find your favourite if you can!

Their products are always top quality and very very discounted. Their range is always extremely varied and new things coming in every day

I was expecting TK Maxx to be like Trade Secret but it was not. The items looked shabby and hadn't changed since my previous visit unless sold. I thought clothes, shoes and homeware would be showcased the same way Trade Secret did theirs but no. Quite disappointing.

Melbourne store is laid out so that you can easily find what you are looking for in the shop. Good range of products and always satisfied. 172 cms in height and find the gym wear in this store the best available and good quality as I go to the gym daily. Longer length tops for those over 50 yrs of age which is a GREAT BONUS as most brands have shortened their length of tops for profitability. Love this store.

shopped at Craigieburn store yesterday 21/11/2018 I needed to use a trolley as products were heavy to carry would have been nice to know that the trolley didn't go out of the store. I had a lot of products that were breakable they could not be wrapped if a store is selling breakable's they should be able to wrap for you
