Looks like T2 is gone
Face the fact - T2 ceased shipping of online orders since early April. They do not accept the calls to their contact number. They do not respond on online form requests either. Meantime - they are still promoting online shopping for Mothers Day, which sounds like a farce.
I thought I never come to the point when I have to open transaction dispute in my bank against T2. But - I have to.

Poor quality tea and tea wares.
The quality of the tea's and the teawares is very poor quality at premium prices. The flasks are of average quality compared to what other retailers are offering at much better price points. The tea is very poor quality packaged in a premium way. Do yourself a favour and try out other tea product options out there and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Delicious flavour- bit pricey!
Lovely flavour and mesh material of tea bags allows to diffuse quickly. $15 for a tiny box is a little on the expensive side. Can only afford to drink one cup in the mornings! Maybe not an option as an everyday teabag but great for a treat!

No customer care
I recently had problems purchasing the teas I wanted. I called customer feedback and no reply. I called again and was told by a very helpful person that someone would call me back. Two weeks later I am still waiting. How do they stay in business?

Terrible customer service online
After ordering my Christmas gifts online from T2 when I finally received my order one of the mugs was broken.
I tried for days to get someone to return my call in the hope to get it replaced after no luck I emailed customer service, 3 days later I got a reply by that stage I had to drive myself to the nearest T2 shop( 1 hr away) to get a replacement mug so I had it ready to gift for Christmas.
I still after originally getting in contact with them on the 18th December have heard nothing about getting a refund for the broken goods.
My advice Do NOT order online just go to the stores I’ve never come across worse customer service ever sadly. For how much you pay for the products I was expecting a much better outcome.

The only tea I drink is T2 earl grey
I love the tea. Up until this Xmas (2019) I have not been able to fault their service. I shop online. Firstly, I ordered 1 tin of tea bags and 4 tins of loose leaf because that is what we needed and they were on an excellent special. Only one tin of each arrived. I have tried emailing, ringing multiple times but have had no satisfaction in receiving my correct order.

I ordered a bunch of things for Christmas from the online store. I received a confirmation email but after 7 days, plus only 7 more days to Christmas, and no dispatch email I got worried and the called online help number. It took a couple of times for her to pick up, I think there might just be one person there answering the phones, but she was very helpful and contacted the warehouse to fix up my order. de a mistake in not packing my order because some items were out of stock. She manually replaced the items with other items in the system and contacted the warehouse to put a rush on my order, and added in complimentary gifts. Gift Card Grief Arggggghhhh !!!!
What is wrong with T2?
Went into a store to get some gift cards but told they were only available online (!!)
Logged onto their website, chose the card I wanted, entered all details including my credit card and ........nothing. No indication that my order was being processed or even accepted.
Did it again and zilch. How hard should it be to order a gift card ?
I will have to find another product my friend likes and give them their card instead.
How do I get this company to take my money????

Expensive but yummy!
It surprises me that T2 has such a low rating on here.
Other then the expensive price I don't know any reason to fault it.
The online store is a bit pointless as the shipping price is too steep to bother. But as there is physical stores it isn't worth marking them down for that.
I only wish they had a store in my area, the closest store to me is an hour out of my way, so getting the tea is a bit of a treat.
I recommend the French Earl Grey, just the smell alone puts me in a Zen.

I purchased four tea for one; to gift them to my dears for Christmas, but it is sent to me without box and there is no the brand ticket on items.
Also it is been sent to me with rap paper!!!

No Care for the Environment
I bought some products at the T2 store last week and had to purchase a paper bag for $1 which I was told was re-usable - as they do not offer a carry bag. Whilst I am happy to purchase the bag, i am extremely disappointed to note that it is completely NOT re-usable. It broke within 1 hour of me leaving the store and I didnt even add anything else in the bag. My purchase from the store fell on the ground in the rain and it was a complete nightmare carrying everything to my car.

be flimsy, and they know about the problem. I am perplexed as to why you would choose to continue to use this product knowing its problems and make sure a poor environmental choice? I wrote to the Head Office using the feedback form on the website, and its been a week and I have not heard back!! Disappointed
I have been purchasing T2 for quite a few years now and enjoy almost all they have to offer. Unfortunately, when purchasing my different teas today, I was informed, i have an option of buying their normal paper carrying bag for $1 or try and carry my purchases out of store, without a bag. I opted for, no bag. It is a paper bag, not plastic. Where do they get off, charging for paper bags, they where once, part of the service?
I will not be back.

T2 Turkish Apple - The one and only flavour that speaks volumes
Hi there
The T2 Turkish Apple is one of those flavours that can be used by itself or mixed with another tea and still be just as amazing and satisfying as the firs time.
T2 Turskish Apple can be sweet but also refreshing especially on summer afternoon and you just want something cold to drink.
I would happily recommend T2 Tuskish Apple to anyone and guarantee that you wont be dissapointed.

T2 Tea Bags!!! return policy is something that you all need to be aware about
Bought Gorgeous Geisha in tea bag form for traveling as we use the loose tea daily so why not take the bags away with us we thought!!! On trying the bag the flavor/aroma was not there so returned to store and manager brewed up 2 bags in a pot (using the tea bags i bought back) why 2 ? I wonder (maybe to get the aroma and flavor )any way the assistant agreed with me there was no flavor at all BUT the manager said there was and I couldn't return for exchange !!WoW this really got me thinking about her customer service (lack off as couldn't care) ...Read more
reading the return policy I was in the right as had 30 days to return for exchange and this was only 2 days in of purchase....Once explained to manager of policy said said the box was opened !!!!! I just do not understand how else am i to know if the quality is good or bad or if there is an issue with the batch.....I have since contacted the ACCC whom believe that T2 are in breach of there 30 day clause and the manager is wrong...To top it up she returned my tea bag and didn't replace the 2 she sampled....Similar opinion? Extra Charges
Add random discount at checkout, dropping just below free shipping then costing more as have to then pay $12 delivery fee. Incredibly misleading and false advertising. Won't purchase again. Messages ignore regarding this. Thumbs down.

What Have They Done With The Flavour of the French Earl Grey??
I was a huge fan of the French Earl Grey Tea ... but because Tea Two say they want to be
more "sustainable", they have compromised the flavour of their tea.
What was a delicious fragrant tea, it is now just a "black tea".
Bring back the flavour ..... please !!!!!!!!

Fabulous customer service
Purchased tea for one set online - packaged brilliantly but unfortunately there was a subtle crack - full replacement was sent within a matter of days. Their online messenger service is great and you get a quick response. Definitely recommend this business! Great work guys!

Quality over variety
T2 has been one of my favourite stores to visit, it gives me a sense of excitement as I look through the many varieties of tea that they offer, my current favourite has got to be New York Breakfast and French Earl Grey tea. It's interesting that they have other tea flavours which are rather unconventional moving away from what is traditional. I personally prefer traditional teas that T2 offers including Green, Black, Oolong, White, etc. However, it's been a pleasure having to try teas like Oolong berry, caramel brownie, Watermelon sorbet, etc

Expensive tea, bad value
I have tried several chai teas and unfortunately this brand is the worst as the flavour is quite ordinary, bland. It is not good value, 250 g for $30. Disappointing.

Tea T2 Indooroopilly Store - horrible customer service
There is lack of active listening or customer care at the Indooroopilly Tea 2 Store. I rrequired an Afterpay refund and even emailed the HO earlier the week. I wouldn't recommend going there.
