Don't bother to contact you
I ordered and paid for a bag online. Waited three weeks for delivery and during this time, didn't recieve any communication from the Iconic. When I sent an email to follow up, I was advised that firstly my email wasn't linked to an order (even though I bought it from my account) and when I gave them my phone number, that there was a problem with my order, they are unable to process it and that I'd receive a refund. Funny that I only heard from them once I followed up. Makes me wonder what they would have done with my money if I'd never emailed ...Read more
them? If a company received money from a customer and there is a problem with the order, the onus to tell the customer about this is on the company. The customer shouldn't first hear about it 3 weeks after delivery of the order was due and only when they proactively emailed the company. Also, they've had my money for 3 weeks. I could have used it to buy something else. Their customer service is friendly and responds quickly, the only reason why this review wasn't 1 star.

Love it! Always recommend it to everyone
I am really happy with the service of The Iconic. The shipping usually takes less than 5 days, even though I choose the free shipping, which is great compared to other marketplace (In other place, I've experienced waiting more than two weeks without any tracking and notification, which is sucks).
In my last purchase, I ordered shoes that was too big for me, and the customer service was very helpful and responsive. Plus, the best thing was since I chose to return the shoes and get credit in my Iconic account, they gave me 110% refund. I always recommend The Iconic to every of my friends.

Anytime I ever contact iconic customer care I get nothing but amazing service. The other day I had a staff member help me in relation to an item I had purchased. The service was fast and Laine was so nice and helpful. Iconic is already great with their fast service and ease of use but it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back.

Wonderful! Fixes issues fast
Have had great experiences with the Iconic. Had an issue with an e-gift card which was solved fast and professionally. Sizes have been true and quality has been great. No see through clothes.

Wasted money
They take money and never deliver on time. I was waiting whole day for my order and end of the day I receive a message saying there is a delay. I ordered a shoe for my friend overseas and since they have not delivered on time, I wont be able to take it with me overseas. I am away for more than 30 days and I cant return it. So 125$+ fast delivery charge wasted. Terrible service

Sent customer faulty items and complete lack of customer support
My partner purchased an expensive DKNY backpack for my birthday and when it arrived I opened it to find that one leather strap had completely snapped in half, another one was already tearing and bits of leather were chipping off the bag. It is almost impossible that it broke in transit which means that the Iconic knowingly sent a broken and unusable item. When I contacted customer service they offered me a partial refund of $25 (original price of the bag was $310) for me to go pay to fix all the things wrong with the bag. I am now sending the entire bag back for a refund.
Absolutely appalled by this and will not be shopping with them again. Next time I’ll go with ASOS instead- much better customer service and better quality items too.

Terrible customer service. Very rude.
The staff did not listen and did not try to help me with my issue. I ordered a product and literally 1 minute later realised I accidentally I ordered the wrong and asked to change the size. The staff did not care and said I had to wait for the product to be sent and then return it. Just to change the size? Will never shop here again!

This site offers the best and most prompt customer service I have experienced over any other online shopping site
So easy and fast to connect with support and they deliver results promptly
They price matched an item for me and although I was told it required a few days to be approved by admin they emailed me back within the half hour with clear directions on how to proceed with the sale

Amazing email customer service!
Purchased an item that didn't fit and returned it twice. Had a small Hiccup with generating the return slip however the email customer service team generated it for me and gave perfect details on how to return the item. Amazing and fast
Being from the country I was not expecting the next day delivery, but I ordered at 2:45 just before the 3pm next day delivery cut off and received my parcel at 12:45 today. Will defiantly be using the iconic again and recommending it

Dirty used shoes in an old box
Don't waste your time with the ICONIC.
I purchased a 'new' pair of shoes on 13/01/20 from their online store, and received my order in an old, bent box with frayed corners - tell tale signs of a return item. Closer inspection of the shoe soles revealed scuff marks, dirt, and minor wear and tear as seen in the attached photos. Be aware that you run the risk of dealing with a retailer who believes it's acceptable to sell and deliver items in this condition as new.

Levi's 511 Slim Fit Jeans - Black
Being a satisfied customer, I recently bought a Levi's 511 Slim Fit - Black jean and could use it only a couple of times.
When I washed it in the washing machine the last time, it looked like it was burnt by a hot iron. I followed the washing instructions, however, black color had faded and white was appearing in many places.
Now I can not wear it anymore outside and very disappointed with my purchase. I expected a quality product from Levi's and I was wrong.

Alexis is a SUPERSTAR!!
I had an issue regarding returns and non receipt of part of my order.
I received impeccable service from Alexis. Alexis dealt with my enquiry (which was a little complicated) with professionalism and ease, was incredibly personable on the phone which overall made my experience completely stress free.
After ending my phone call, as promised and within minutes a summary of our conversation was emailed to me along with a gesture of good will from the company.
I cannot rave enough about the service I have received, in the first instance I would like to commend Alexis for her truly amazing customer service, something that is becoming a dying art and secondly to the iconic team for hiring her.

In a nutshell, without much fluff;
Iconic website and the App are super easy to navigate and user-friendly even for someone who doesn't appreciate fancy technology.
Product range, for me personally as a minimalist, it was easy to find simple products without overwhelming myself as the App has an amazing filtering system that narrow down the suitable items for me. (Price, size, gender, occasion etc)

First time experience was a good one
Not a massive online shopper, but thought I'd give The Iconic a crack as I was looking for some shirts. I bought three at a reasonable price and the material seems of decent enough quality, though I'm yet to wash them a few times to see how they last. Sizing was fairly accurate and online pictures true.

Fantastic Customer Support
I had returned an order for a refund and it was exchanged instead. They rectified and issued a refund as request straight away. Purchasing and exchanging is always an easy process and the quality and product availability is always great even if i like/fit the product I had purchased.
