Everything is great! Costumer service, the products if you know your brands and the returns are amazing if you need to! The only thing for me is the load speed of the website can be super slow, I am guessing that is due to how big the website is. Over all I love them as a company to deal with.

My second purchase, very pleasantly surprised about my latest purchase. Stated it would take 7 days to receive but only took 5. Items I bought were not my usual size but both items, nailed it!! I am a general size 12 and bought a size 12 in one and a size 14 in another. This was due to the complected description on how to size yourself up and what a model may be wearing. Returns for my first purchase, that I thought would fit, was painless and easy. Yes will return.

Iconic has been great so far - their customer service, delivery and return service has been great. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend others to use Iconic for their online shopping.

Navigation and choice at the iconic is simply and excited. Found many pieces and brands I would of never found myself without the iconic. The iconic are a genuine company where yes money is a priority but at least to me I feel the iconic are legitimately good people ceo to the average employee and the customer service is the best in any business I’ve experienced - from their policies, general enquires to order enquires. Delivery is always minimally on time and average earlier than expected to the delivery date.

I simply love it. I can trust 100% on this site. All brands are good in quality and price. The delivery timing is accurate as described. The free returns system is great for trying sizes and styles. Thanks!

The range is great and so easy shop for adults. The shipping and free returns are a huge perk! Staff have always been friendly to deal with and the team will price match.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide further categorisation of the kids range - currently it is split by gender only. Having further categories such as footwear, clothing, pants, tops, swimwear, accessories (as they do for the adults ranges) would make the shopping experience much easier.

Iconic has a great range, easy payment methods and super fast delivery. Always has good sales too and is starting to sell sustainable brands too! The service is very decent, i love the live chat option, so I'll be a continuing customer for sure. Lily

I was recommended Iconic by my daughter in law . Was a bit sceptical at first but was so impressed by range of goods . Dresses were great fit, true to size. Prompt delivery as well . Love Iconic

Its just beautiful, I love the material, color and fit just perfect; the measurements that are on the page to get the right size for the dress were so accurate, It arrived quicker what I spect it. Recently tried to buy two different pink t shirts from here recently and they both arrived see through. Very good returns policy thankfully because I have certainly needed to use it. I did however get a very nice pink puffy jacket and raincoat from here even though both were overpriced, so it's not a total loss.

Just received the worst customer service from The Iconic. Paid for delivery for the next evening and was sat waiting for it to then just receive a text to said attempted delivery (didnt even come ring the bell) Called courier who basically said nothing can be done the couriers had moved on, they speak to The Iconic who said you will just need to wait for the next delivery tomorrow afternoon. Spoke to Nikko the team leader who said either delivery tomorrow or cancel your order. Those are you choices! Very disappointed in the very poor customer service from an apparent team leader....

Purchased a pair of Atmos & Here Jen Leather Heels. Arrived quickly in the post but the quality is terrible. Supposed to be leather. First time I tried them on all the black "leather" came off as I put the strap through the buckle. The buckle hangs loose on a loop of elastic and doesn't sit straight while trying to fasten. The strap is also very short. Only have about a centimetre left after putting through the buckle. One leather strap was already scatched when they arrived. These shoes were just over $100. Not happy at all. Very poorly designed. Will never purchase from them again. Rip off!
