I love Swank Store!
I have so many items from the Swank Store; silk tunics, maxi dresses and long and short kaftans and each and every one of them is a treasured part of my wardrobe!

I own and love lots of SwankStore garments, they are beautiful and I always get compliments when wearing them. I find SwankStore items to be of high quality, and their customer service exceptional. You can tell they go an extra mile for the customers - free shipping, free returns for a month, and if there's ever a problem, they fix it promptly and happily.

The SwankStore appears to be a genuine Australian company doing their best to offer beautiful products at a very attractive price point and deliver great customer service (if you purchased recently you would have noticed they are spoiling their customers with little gifts). Absolutely stunning pieces, great quality at a fantastic price point. We have sent some items to my mother in law in the US as well and she LOVES them! My go to for beautiful clothes. Fast delivery and excellent customer service.

Great quality, stunning pieces! A must have gift or statement piece for spring summer wardrobe
I have always been a huge fan of Swankstore. I have ordered multiple items and different prints and styles over the last 6 years. Always been impressed with the quality of garments and was surprised during covid (and despite the delivery warnings) my items arrived in less than 7 days(Sydney metro). The 4 pieces I’ve just ordered will make great gifts for my mum and auntie and I’m already eyeing up the KIREINA print for myself Summer 2020 /2021 - absolutely stunning!
Abusive owner when complained about faulty item
Similar story for me to other Swank customers. I have been happy with 5 previous purchases, but my latest shirt dress literally fell apart on the second wear.
It hasn’t even been washed. Not just shredding on side seams and under arm seams, but the back panel where you sit, just pulled apart in large areas. Trying to sort out getting a refund has been very difficult but have spoken to Ash, then John (one owner) and both were trying to be helpful. Quality of Swank Store garments has deteriorated
I am a long term customer of Swank Store with over a dozen purchases but i purchased two dresses, seperate orders but same style in December last year, one I wore once on Christmas Day the other remains unworn with the tags attached. I have also left multiple positive reviews on your website about your product including this dress when I purchased it giving 5 stars as its gorgeous. The fact is I have worn it once & the dress is threadbare & for the price of your garments I think they should last longer. The dress has not even been washed. The dress that still has its tag attached also has a small threadbare area which I am assuming will increase if I wear it. I would have thought that you would want to know that your product is not up to its usual standard & not attack your customers calling them trolls.I have just sent you some images of the dress as well as my original order number so you can verify it was a genuine purchase. Terrible experience - appalling service
Have tried for weeks to ring, email, messenger- everything bar carrier pigeon - finally relied but it was far to late - I was left feeling scammed during the times they would not acknowledge me

Do not shop here, they refuse to give refunds, which is illegal
Update on my review: since writing this review I wrote to the Swank Store with no response then went to NSW Fair Trading who have told me the Swank Store did not reply to them? What is going on here? I spent $300 and I believe that the Swank Store is not interested in helping customers to a resolution. Something needs to be done. Where is the accountability? Poor customer service
I purchased a Kaftan on Monday and have been waiting for four days for acknowledging the item has been packed and sent, so tried 3 time’s ringing the 1300 number and 3 times I waited for over 3 minutes on hold before I gave up. I’ve tried messaging but all I get is to ring the unanswered number? I don’t believe customer service is at all good, and am wondering if I’ve been scammed?

Screamed at by the owner
Ordered a silk kaftan online to be delivered by December 20. When it didn’t come - I tried to call but couldn’t get through for weeks. When I finally talked the the man on the phone - he told me he would find my package and return the call. Nothing. Next day I call again and asked if my dress has been sent and was told he ‘can’t confirm or deny it’, said he would find out and doesn’t return the call again. Call the next day and he is angry. Not Happy!
Have purchased many items before however, when I sent back the Gypsy Dress which did not fit right, I was not given a refund just a credit note. I dont necessarily need anything else as I have quite a bit of their clothes so a Refund would be great. Apparently is was on SALE and no returns on Sale items. Nearly all of their clothes r on sale all of the time. Be careful as you have to go to a separate part of the website to actually read the fine print regarding this. This should be clearly noted in the description regarding terms of return/refunds at not hidden elsewhere. Not happy at all. Very unhappy customer who will be spreading the word!

Gorgeous Silk Clothing Well Worth Money
Bought a mini dress & cold shoulder dress at their sale.
Mini dress awesome, cold shoulder dress, size 8 to 14, a bit big but I could live with it for the price I paid.
The colours suited me.
Was surprised at how good the quality was.
Sits nicely & not too flimsy or see thru.
Really good value, amazing really!
So similar & comparable to the other v expensive brand beginning with a C and ending an a.
I have 2 silk kaftans from C & I think I will be shopping here from now.
Delivery was fast too.

Luxury Fabric
Wear silk caftans all summer here in Queensland. They are perfect for travel. We are spending time in the Caribbean & I'll be taking 4, lightweight & so easy to wash, they pack into a tiny space in your carry on luggage. I would suggest to carefully check the photos, sometimes the actual colour isn't as intense as shown online, which is a pity. I have purchased several when discounted, & even though they state 'no refunds or exchange' I couldn't wear a caftan top, (the sleeves were not flattering) they were willing to exchange. Very happy with my purchases!

Fabulous kaftans
I have been buying fabulous silk kaftans from the Swank Store over the last few years and have had nothing but the best service from Ashie and the staff. If there has been a problem, it has been easily fixed, and my kaftans are always admired- gorgeous patterns and colours

I have many different products. All beautiful quality silk. Magnificent colours. Great embellishments. I get so many compliments. And they are perfect for travel. Light, no crush, breathable, rinse out beautifully. I have kaftans, tops, kiminos, dresses. So versatile.
The service, returns policy and variety are fantastic. Love the sales...purchased several Christmas presents. And in August they gave me a free gift and a gift card. What other company does that!

I have purchased many of the kaftans over the last two years and all have been fabulous! I am so glad I found your store, can't wait for all the new season one to arrive. Im a plus size girl and just love how I look and feel when I wear them. I always get a compliment from people in my Swank kaftans.
