Terrible job
Very disappointing service.Took our BMW here and were assured by owner that he is very good and has been doing this for 27 years. Received the vehicle back with bubbles in the rear window and lint in between window and tinting on the side windows. Owner offered to try and rectify but due to the poor quality job already done, we were reluctant to leave it here again so we took it to BMW, had the tint removed and redone. Carefully consider your decision to use this business.

g the bubbles, it's a common concern with customers that the bubbles they see when they collect their car will look like those rear windows with failed film but please be rest assured that the bubbles are just water pockets and always dry out. Our tinters use water to apply the film and activate the adhesive that makes it stick to the glass. There is only a certain amount of pressure that can be applied to squeegee it out, the rest dries naturally over time. We've never had a vehicle that hasn't dried out - just some take longer than others - for example a car kept in a garage will take longer to dry than one left in the sun. Regarding the contamination in the window - Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. Sometimes it's noticeable straight away and the tinter replaces it but sometimes it's harder to see and occasionally missed. The store owner did the right thing in offering a replacement and I am sorry you lost faith in our brand and workmanship. I've personally worked alongside our installer in Maitland for several years and he is a fantastic tinter - he completed the tinting for dozens of NSW Government buses and many large scale projects for us over the years. Unfortunately we are human not robots so will make mistakes from time to time but always try resolve them to restore our customer's faith in our brand. Trish, once again I am sorry for your experience and appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback. We now encourage the store owners to give their customers instructions about the film curing process when they collect the car, along with a flyer with further information on it. Trish if you wanted to discuss this further please feel free to PM me anytime.
