Worst Delivery Company
We were not home when Driver attempted delivery. No card left....Called center, they could not provide details, and would not give details for pick up with the Depot? Very poor customer service. Overnight.....more like over a week!

Absolute Crap!!!!!
Absolutely crap... delivery was attempted when I wasn't home. Was left note saying it was taken to collection point. Rang, was told to wait for notification of which collection point. No notification came. Rang next day to be told they had no collection points in my area so it was taken back to the depot. Re delivery should have been booked the next day. Item left sitting at depot for 3 days only to have delivery re attempted on Monday.... Thanks for nothing. You're useless

Zero stars. Absolutely awful.
Another day, another non delivery by TOLL. No idea how they’re still in business. They don’t even attempt to deliver your parcel because the delivery drivers get paid per delivery - successful or not!! No idea who the moron was who made up that incentive but they need to be held accountable and fired. Avoid at all costs.
I’m actually going to get A Current Affair to sort out this pathetic excuse for a business because I’m so sick of doing their job for them. A monkey could do a better job.

Didn't show up, didn't call
Booked a collection, but the courier never arrived to pick up my package. When I called the next day to check why, I was told there was a note saying "Package could not be collected", which doesn't explain why, nor why the driver didn't call.
Between having to make multiple phone calls and then leave this review, and absolute waste of time.

Incompetent
Everytime I see a company is using toll as their courier I know there is 100% chance that they're going not going to even attempt delivery
Most recently I simultaneously received a SMS sage that my package was out for delivery and that my address, a fully staffed office building with manned reception, was not accessible. Obviously not the case and headache to actually get your order from whatever storage depot it probably never even left on "attempted" delivery.
Absolutely atrocious.

Over a week and they still can’t find my express parcel
Customer service has been telling me that my parcel is at the warehouse for a week now and they still can’t actually find it to give me a time. This was an express order and now it has been close to two weeks since it was sent still no idea on when I will be able to go pick it up. This has been the worse customer experience with regards to a shipping company I have ever had! I will never intentionally use this company again or any company that use their services!! Do not use them!

paid for a premium express shipping company well so i thought. small package going from nz to sydney. australia post normally gets this done in under 72 hours. Most cases 24 hours. Toll was a new option at checkout and thought i would try them. Took them 4 days to pick the package up, another 5 days to get to australia. another 3 days to try and deliver it. by that time i had left for canberra and asked for it to be redirected as their 72 hour window lapsed.

Wow first and last time
Ordered a package coming from Auckland to Tasmania no issue.
Then parcel delivered not home got carded to collection point.
Ok no collection point listed rang service centre do not do this they lie.
Couldn't tell me what my phone number was they were sending me a text message to say parcel ready to pick up??? From a collection point that they didn't know where that was.
You wait for text but what is my phone number????
This is how the story went round and round on a friday afternoon.

Hopeless company
I ordered a dog grooming table from Dick Smith, didn’t realize how much stress I’d go through with Toll. While I understand there was no option for authority to leave at premises, they had no alerts (texts/emails/phone calls/site updates) that state the date and time of the commenced delivery. I only ever got an alert when I missed the delivery and a useless card. I’ve contacted their customer service team several times to follow up on my request of delivery rearrangement. Read moree has delayed my parcel to this very date. There needs to be an understanding that not everyone will be present at home the entire day especially weekdays as most are usually at work. The biggest problem is they have a lack of communication and no alerts to let you know when exactly will they re-attempt the delivery. On top of that, the only way to reschedule your delivery is through calling their customer service. It would have been useful if they had some sort of option where you can reschedule a delivery without having to call someone. After 3 delivery attempts, they finally had the common sense to drop it off to the news agency in the next suburb for me to pick up. I had the very pleasure of spending $30 total on Uber to go to the news agency and back to bring back my parcel. I don’t understand the point of this delivery service as I specifically had it ordered to my house and by the grace of god they failed to deliver my parcel to the address with ease.- Incentivised Review No

Lost parcel in the mail
Ordered a $650 coffee machine on the 1st of September. Been in contact with Toll and they are not helpful at all. Eventually contact the good guys and they’ve sent another one. I am worried this one is now lost in the mail as it’s been sitting in transit for 2 days now. That’s what happened to the last one. Looking at all these reviews it seems as though I am one of many having this problem. Do better Toll.

They can’t find $1000 parcel I ordered
It’s been 10 days. I had paid extra for next day delivery and they can’t even after 10 days tell me even where my parcel is and if I’ll even receive it. I call every day to ask and all I get is it’s been noted and the investigator will get back to me. Well I haven’t had anything in 10 days

The worst delivery service.
Parcel required signature on delivery.
The genius delivery driver got the name of some random on the street and dropped it off to someone whose name wasn't on the parcel.
Parcel was never received, and now I have to jump through hoops to get a refund.

Disgusting Service
My parcel arrived last 9th September. The driver didn’t even bother to ring the intercom, if he just did, I could have get my parcel now. He only rang me saying that he left a note in the mailbox. I’ve been calling them 5 times, but they still kept on lying that my parcel would be delivered the next day. Jeezz!! It’s 3 weeks now and i still didn’t get my parcel!!!

I note, with a fair amount of irony, that our reviews need to be within ACCC guidelines. How can we make TOLL operate within ACCC guidelines? ACCC do you even care? I’ve been writing negative reviews about this useless company for 2 years and nothing has changed?
How do we get ACA’s Tracy Grimshaw to sort out this crapshow? There are too many identical reviews on here and TOLL need to be held accountable and pick up their game. After all, we’re the ones paying them!
F*ing shocker … another day, another failed delivery attempt from Toll. I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve decided to drive 40 minutes to pick up my parcel tomorrow instead of going through this nightmare 3 days in a row.
