I have order a generator over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten and I have sent two emails and still nothing and the phone number they have is all about other products from different companies. Does anyone know how to get them on the phone?

In the end, the only way that I could make contact with the online order team was to phone 1800868258 and then select 3 from the options listed which connected me with a real person from the National Support Team who then transferred me through to the Online team who then emailed me a copy of my order confirmation and advised that the mower I had ordered, was on back order. I was also advised that someone from the Coopers Plains Store would be in contact with me to advise delivery timing. I am still waiting for this to occur. I intend to contact the Coopers Plains Store tomorrow rather than continuing to wait for them to contact me. There was no explanation or apology forthcoming for the lack of service and non compliance with statements on the Total Tools website. I hope that they follow through as advised so that I can cut my lawn which due to the delay is extremely long and in dire need of a haircut. Hope this helps you.
