Great Games and Amazing Customer Care
We ordered 2 educational board games, What time is it Mr Wolf? Pop to the Shops and a multiplication chart. The games are fun whilst being educational-one helping with maths and one helping with time telling.
Upon receiving the items, one of the games had a missing player piece, I emailed to advise and got a reply almost instantly, saying a replacement would be sent out straight away from their supplier, it was and not only the piece....a whole new game. Can not fault the quick and great customer care. A ********

Unbelievable
They say they don’t refund my 105$ because I didn’t insure the item with Australian post. How cheating is this? Is 105$ is a less amount? They sent me an email saying have s great day.

Did not honor their free shipping voucher
They issued me with free shipping when I entered my email address and when it came to checkout they wanted $110 shipping. Apparently because it was a bulky item. What a waste of time.

hipping cost you were quoted is the cost of shipping the item to you. You can, of course, use your free shipping voucher on the 1000's of toys we have in store which fall into our standard shipping.
Maybe you should write free standard shipping then. What was written was

No mention of not being able to redeem on bulky items.

Excellent service

My daughter loves it!
My daughter loves her Ariel doll. It has great features and she has hours of fun with it. It can be used in and out of the water. It Sings all the favourite songs and says all the phrases from the movie!

Great customer service
I ordered a play kitchen and there were some issues with the courier and Joy was straight onto it for me. The kitchen had a small fault that couldn't be replaced however i was immediately offered a partial refund. Joy was a great help and I'd be happy to order from them again.

Doubled up birthday gift!
Janice in customer service was super helpful when I wanted to return a birthday gift my daughter received as she already had it. She allowed me credit to pick replacement items rather than have the refund processed to the purchaser so they were none the wiser! Janice was really lovely to deal with at every stage, she replied super promptly and efficiently. It was my first experience with the company and I will certainly be back. Thanks Janice

Refund for faulty product
Unfortunately the toy product was faulty and couldn’t be replaced. However Joy quickly organised a refund after I sent a video demonstrating the faulty toy. I was happy with the result.

Fantastic after sales support
We ordered from toy universe and the product was faulty. The team went over and above to help me through the process and refunded the faulty product immediately. I thought it would be a long process however it was 24 hours since emailing them to getting the refund.

Returned item
We unfortunately received a manufacturing faulty toy.
But it was extremely easily resolved and new replacement toy sent out all resolved and new toy within a week.
Extremely happy with the service we received.
Highly recommended.

Faulty product
I’ve order a truck for my nephew for Christmas and it wasn’t working, but thanks to Joy she resolved this and happy to replace it for my nephew. She truely turn one sad little boy into a very happy one

Thought my item wasnt going to arrive. Sent a email asking whats the go, was updated everyday about my item and received it today. Awesome customer assistance, they way they went out of there way to make sure my item was here before Christmas . was extreamly happy with they way they made it a priority to sort this and they did. 100% for customer service
Toy Universe gave top quality customer service during the Christmas rush period. I got no reply from postal services over items missing in transit, but Toy Service did the hard yards on the phone to find out where the parcels were. They replied to emails well out of normal business hours and also left detailed phone messages. I had bought a 2nd item to replace the 1st I thought was lost; when it was found they offered a refund. Then when I said I will donate the extra item, they sent a voucher in the value of my purchase. They will get my repeat business. Highly recommend.
PS I offered to review after this fabulous experience.

GREAT Customer Service!
Purchased a Fisher Price toy which through no fault of Toy Universe or the shipping process was faulty. Full refund incl. shipping as they were sold out - plus they suggested I did not have to return it as they could see from the VDO it was faulty - . GREAT as trying to return a product this close to Christmas and sort it out before hand is not a happy thought. Well done! Customer Service team!!! PLUS - they were very quick in getting back to me with responses and a solution.

Order was easy to do and found the exact toy pram my daughter wanted for $65 cheaper !! Order came within a few days in a plain coloured box so my daughter was none the wiser when we arrived home and the box was there.
Will order again and a very happy with the service I received .

Kids Toy Vacuum Cleaner with Lights and Sounds
Bought it for my kid, got a faulty one earlier but replacement was sent immediately after I sent them video. Great efficient customer service and great product. My son is enjoying it.

Amazing toy store fast replys and delivery, Aus post damaged one of my items I contacted them they where rude and not willing to consider a refund I contacted toy univers they credited my within the hour! Always have had amazing customer service

Wouldn't shop there
Got sent an generated email which clearly stated a specific price for a toy I wanted, however when I clicked on the toy it gave me a different price. Contacted them directly and asked them to honour the price it VERY CLEARLY advertised on their email and they refused. Immediately emptied my the shopping trolley I was filling up with Christmas toys for my kids, I will take my business else where. Poor for on the behalf of toys universe
