Went to the cannonvale store yesterday. Not a lot of staff but gosh they were helpful. I had a problem and despite lots of calls to local plumbers I was still in the dark. Went to the shop and both sue and Dave were so helpful. They got my problem sorted in no time. It was actually a pleasant experience and they looked like they enjoyed their job. So refreshing. Thank you

Having made an ordered 6 weeks prior but with no updates from the online system, I attempted to get an update via the various contact details on the website to no avail.
Calling the Launceston Store where the order would be arriving the staff member was efficient at locating my order and providing an update and estimation on when it would be ready by directly calling the item supplier. He was friendly and fast.

Happy with my purchase, friendly customer service and their own delivery service.

Called into South dudly tradelink yesterday, Very helpful staff ! Came here for some advice and parts to fix a leaky hws. Guys went out of their way to help me get the special tool required and saw that I got the job done, pity more business don't have staff like these blokes .

Want to acknowledge Karen at Taylors Beach store. Having just completed a bathroom renovation, she was informative and gave great advice with all aspects of bathroom reno. Friendly, patient and made me feel welcome.

I stumbled upon Valerie at Tradelink Enoggera by accident after trying to find a folding bath spout for our renovation project. After buying a bath spout, I ended up also buying our mixers and sink taps and returning the things we had bought elsewhere. I haven’t had such exceptional customer service in a long time, Valerie (and also Rachael) had so much time for me, and not to mention we got a better price. Being stuck in the middle of a reno in a covid-19 world with young children is not a great place to be, so even the small things such as helping me by carrying my purchases to the car meant so much. Wouldn’t go elsewhere now!

I would highly recommending using Tradelink for all your bathroom/kitchen renovations and home builds. The lovely Preeti at Hervey Bay store always greets you like a friend and invest her engrey and time to help you with any bathroom, kitchen & laundry needs whether they're big or small. Preeti is very knowledgable about products and will go out of her way to help you and if she deosn't know the answer she will find it for you. We have used Tradelink on many new home builds and renovations. Tradelink 10/10

Today i visited tradelink Carrum Downs with little knowledge of irems my plumber directed me to look at. I was served by Leona O'Keefe to gave us outstanding sevice discussing each item and comparing products, she took her time and was very friendly. We wete so impressed we didnt go anywhere else. Great displays and a free coffee

Tradelink Northcote - good products, fair prices and prompt services. Best thing was excellent liaison and co-operation between our tradies and us and Tradelink staff on sorting our bathrooms. Thanks for that.
