Not good enough
Items and cash were stolen in Bangkok., We made a claim, As far as completing the claim they were very quick.
Quick to pay us less than 50% of the total value we lost.
They won't let you talk to the person handling your claim. You can only send emails or talk to the reception, You can see why, read on.

I only paid for what I needed
I've been looking for a travel insurer that allowed me to pay for what I needed. This brand has packs that you can add so you're only paying for what you need. I was travelling for work so I could add the business pack and the water pack.

If you don't make a special event... you can claim for the event. However, it depends on the reason for the cancellation and whether the airline can get you back on another flight to make the event in time.
if the flight has been cancelled by the airline and we can't make it on another flight that night so decide not to go?

Looking at the specifics claim it looks as though you received over 60% of your claimed amount that was limited by the benefits on the policy. This was communicated to you during the claims response. Item limits apply to the other two items, $750 for the necklace and $1000 for cash. This was listed in the policy before purchase. Happy to discuss anytime. Let me know a time that suits you.
