Was a frequent user of Trip Advisor - however, when flights were canceled due to Covid-19. TA washed their hands of their responsibilities and said that they are only an online travel agency and it is the airlines responsibilities to refund flights. Their clauses in their T&Cs are written in a way makes sure they are not responsible for any issues, but the airlines. Even though as consumers we have entered an agreement with TA. Airlines - won't deal with you as you haven't purchased flights direct. Will be making a complaint to ACCC Australian Consumer and Competition Commission about their poor conduct and breach of Australian Consumer Law.

Tripadvisor are just another money making organisation that cons you into thinking they care. They don't. If it hadn't been for our bank, we would of lost several thousands dollars because we stupidly thought booking Flipkey accommodation via Tripadvisor would be safe. It wasn't. The accommodation didn't exist and the owner was a scammer - but, verified by Tripadvisor! Tripadvisor did nothing, absolutely nothing to help us. And, interestingly, we later discovered this scammer had been reported before to them - there is a whole forum on him! I wouldn't purchase anything through Tripadvisor ever again. They take no responsibility for what they sell or promote.

Don’t believe the reviews you read on Trip Advisor. They are biased. Left a bad review for a hotel for not refunding money due to COVID19, Trip Advisor deleted that review.

Left 4 others good reviews on hotels who have refunded the money due to COVID 19 and they accepted all those 4 reviews.

It shows they are hiding all the bad reviews because hotels probably pay them money to hide the bad reviews.

Save your time and don’t use Trip advisor as you would only see good reviews about the hotels.

I am a frequent poster on Trip Advisor and had never previously had a review rejected. I posted a review about one hotel in Spain that was refusing to refund our accommodation fully pre-paid costs while all other accommodation places we had booked in Spain by contrast had refunded and were obliging. Trip Advisor rejected the post on three attempts to post about the issue. I have concluded that they are supporting hotels over customers in this day of COVID. I was an active user of Trip Advisor but have now lost faith due to their censorship policies.

Trip Advisor is not a good site to deal with, the censor a lot of what you post. There is no way to contact them if you require to ask them a question, not worth dealing with.

There are many other sites out there that are far better and I would not recommend using this one.

Trip Advisor continually sends me spam emails even after unsubscribing a number of times. It's inconsiderate and unproffesional. It's an inconvenience to me to attempt to sort out what needs to fixed from their side.

Trip Advisor, a site where people hide behind made up names and can slam any tourism products that they like. You don't even have to prove that you stayed at a Hotel or did a tour. They are impossible to contact. There should be a review app to be able to review these supposedly trusted review sites!

What a surprise a lot of people there noise level was o k order a plate of italian food to share with 7 people excellent then i had knock which was excellent the steak looked great and so did the ricotta sweets looked great

We went to see the panda breeding attraction in chendu while on a private tour with odynovo. Our tour guide Luna was wonderful. She suggested we get there early, and I am glad we did. There was about 20 pandas on show. They were in seperate enclosures. Some with brother and sister some with mother as well.we saw two babies as well. If you go early they are very playful. We were just leaving as the crowds were arriving.

Stayed overnight at this lovely place....very comfortable cabin....beautiful surroundings with lots of wild life around. It was so great to wake up to the lakes, birds and see the fresh water turtles. So handy to the rest of Hervey Bay. Wonderful place for a family stay.

enjoyed a lovely meal at Syracuse last night,the chicken parfait was very tasty we could not leave any and ordered more bread to finish the pate.The order for the night was Barramundi although usual is was delicious that is from he who is a very fussy fish eater,the pork belly was given rave revues from a big "foodie"and my Gnocchi was melt in the mouth .The service was perfect in all a lovley night .

Trip Advisor took into account all of our needs and showed detailed photos and information on the various offers to assist us in choosing the right accommodation for our upcoming trip.

Booked a 2 day, 1 night stay on a sail boat in airlie beach. Dates were off, had to book a shorter experience, because i had already planned my next leg of my trip. I was given a full refund, but had to then book another night at the hotel and loose a day on the reef or book 2 separate day trips.

We visited this Outback Experience while travelling on The Ghan train from Adelaide to Darwin. It was included in our package. The young couple running the Show were a breath of fresh air. Tom Curtain & his offsider, showed us how to break in horses & train dogs. Very new methods & interesting. Tom had 13 dogs in the arena, at one time, all obeying his instructions. Tom is renowned county western singer/ song writer & entertained us as well. Our group all loved this experience & the animals.
