What we can write in Uber drive about the vehicle information?
There is one question about what should we have to write in model of vehicle
How am I supposed to get a billing issue fixed when Uber has removed all methods of contact from their website? The two numbers I could find are useless - one has been disconnected by Optus, the other has a message saying they are receiving a higher than usual number of calls and will respond as soon as they can, then hangs up - without taking contact details! That number ALWAYS plays that message, no matter what time of day, or day of the week you call. So how do I get a problem with being charged the wrong amount fixed? Who do I talk to? How do I talk to them? The phone numbers don't work, there is no email address or postal address to write to, there is no place to report a problem on the website (I can report a driver, but not any other issue) - what do I do?
You can’t. Uber Eats are thieves. Absolutely disgusting service. It’s all about the customer experience and just by looking at all the reviews online at least 95% of customers are unhappy.
The drivers blame the restaurant, the restaurant blames the drivers. No one takes responsibility and in the end it’s the customer who gets stuffed around. In my opinion just don’t use Uber Eats at all and tell everyone you know to not use them.
If I was the CEO of this company I’d be ashamed.

Open you Uber Eats app. Go to Orders. Select the Order completed. Click help and select the issue. There is no email or phone to contact.
There is email and phone, you just need to spend a lot of money and have diamond level for UberEATS for them to remotely think that you are worth their time.
Hi, I am wondering why McDonald's doesn't deliver to me when I am just over 2km from the store.. there app says we are in range, but then forwards to Uber eats app and says no.

does it say no, or just won't deliver at that time? We sometimes get a hot choc delivery from our local maccas via uber eats and at random times, they'll close deliveries. So i drove down to the Maccas store to get it myself (oh, the horror!!), and I asked them why i couldn't get it delivered tonight, and they said there were no drivers around, or they were too busy or something. Is it all the time that you can't get it delivered or just sometimes? Is a pain, i know.
Hey there, my address comes up on the mymaccas app, just doesn't come up on uber eats at all. I have little ones in bed so I can't leave the house.
Try Deliveroo or Menulog. Maccas is not exclusive to Uber Eats anymore.

Does anyone know how to contact uber eats if I don't have an account? I have never used uber eats and I've just discovered a bunch of payments to them out of my credit card.

Why is it your complaints or help section is useless? You had a free delivery promotion and I put in my order with the minutes to spare.. Kept saying error couldn't complete... Until the time ran out. Then said I can't alter my order, I still had items in my cart but clicking onto my cart there was nothing. Went to help section/uber eats and typed 'help' 'delivery' all sorts of things with no result found... Am I missing something or do you have to be super specific to get help?

We were at a party and the 13/14 year olds were in a separate part of the house. How the he'll can UberEats deliver a bottle of vodka with food to 13 year olds and think that this is OK? No request of ID. No questions asked. We ended up with an ambulance called and a child taken to hospital with alcohol poisoning. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
Sounds like need to supervise your kids.
The point is lost on you my neuronically challenged troll. The point is that an Uber driver would hand over alcohol to a 4ft 13 year old
Why expect the public to answer when you can see that Uber don’t respond here?
Some obvious comments:-
Uber account holders must agree that they are over 18yo and supply credit/debit card details when registering.
Drivers normally get sealed bags (so drivers don’t steal). Was the driver aware of the contents?
Who created the account and supplied the details? Was it an adult or a minor?
Who actually placed the booking? Was it an irresponsible adult or a minor?
Why do parents obfuscate responsibility?
What action has been taken against the 13yo?
Depending on the responses YOU have the ability to report this to police and take legal action against the ‘account holder’.
Also your information along with the account details should be immediately reported to Uber for account cancellation.

I posted it because of the reason being that Uber drivers are just drivers. They shouldn't be handing out alcohol to minors and to let other parents know what happens if you allow your kids Uber Eats. And to answer your accusation I was not the account holder. It wasn't even my kids. The whole debacle ruined an otherwise great day. I wouldn't use Uber Eats not just for this reason but also for the way they rob businesses with their 30% of the order few. It is a service for very, lazy, stupid people in my opinion
I applied for a refund from Uber eats as my order was messed up a day ago. Today I received an email saying it is refunded and has my card details etc. will that money go back into my account and if so when?

Hi We recently took over ownership of a restaurant, same menu same chefs all other platforms (except ubereats) continued on as normal and changed over within 4-6 hours and ratings and takings stayed about the same as previous owners. Ubereats took 1 week to change over then they reset all ratings/standings to 0. We unfortunately are a bit naive to these platforms and took over the business with ubereats at 80% of takings, this looked good as they have their own drivers and have lots of advertising. 6 weeks on our takings from ubereats are down to 49% of takings and have dropped roughly 8% (total uber takings) every week. Does anyone know how we can get back to where we were? Ubereats is not much help they keep stating keep your prep times up and that's about it. We dont have an area manager or rep we can talk to either, they tell us we will get one but dont know when is this normal?

I refuse to order through uber eats. I go out my way to find the phone number of the restaurant and call them directly. I am aware how badly this horrid company gouges the profits of restaurant owners. Uber eats may pop up first. Though I will only use their app to read the menu. Then scroll on google to find the acual business number directly
Get rid of UberEats. They're NOT a 'partner' they're a leech.
I’m sick of ordering from Uber Eats and subsequently finding out that the food is going to be delivered by bicycle. It always arrives cold. How can I preselect the delivery method? If this option is unavailable I am going to stop ordering from Uber eats. Please advise as to options.
That personally puts me off. The restaurant prepares delicious high quality food,but it is never as tasty if it arrives cold. Disappointing.

Order from menulog..always in car
So, as yet, no answer directly from UberEats as to alternative options. Yes Menulog would be the best alternative as they deliver by car. I know bicycles seem more environmentally friendly, however, without some better way of maintaining the temperature of the food, then it is not a great option, especially if you just want to throw the food out when it arrives.
Your post does not indicate that you have contacted them directly and you know this is NOT the UberEats web site.
I do not believe you can preselect.
Continuing to complain here when you can expect cold food does not make sense.

Infortunely cases like that will continues becuse Uber have the worst deliveries, I was with 4 months of deliveries, 1.200 deliveries 97% classification, despite extremely cases, I never delayed my food, and now I received a menssage from uber said my account is permanently cancelled, I'm delivery partner with motorbike, before that I delivered with my bicycle, but when a changed my account to motorbike, something happened and I have realized wich my deliveries comes because someone has refused to delivery, so I just receive a call when some other delivery partner refuses... and result that I got the delivery wich are still delayed... and got my account locked... Thats it's... When the bussiness are huge like Uber, they loses control and the consumer stay in the hand of worst services...
You should complain to Uber because it is an UberEats policy that everyone eats rider/driver must have an insulated bag so the food isn't cold when handed to the customer.
If you order from restaurants located more than 5 kms from your location it won't be assigned to a bicycle rider. You can view the restaurants location from your Uber Eats app.
If my delivery is getting delivered along with another delivery, why do I still have to pay $7 for delivery? Shouldn't we pay half each?
Technically I agree with you. But you never know how many meals the driver carries, and all uber does is increasing delivery fees more and more and delivery fee arent shared.
If you are seated next to someone on a plane then why can't you split the cost of the fare with them? Better yet, if there is a third passenger why not split the cost 3 ways? After all, you're all going to the same place. Multiply that times all the passengers and suddenly you will see the flaws in such a business model.
An Uber driver can be assigned a maximum of 2 drop offs. The order of the drop off is dictated by the Uber app. The driver is paid a single pick up fee plus distance per kms and drop off fee minus Uber's fee of 30% for cars and 35% for bikes.
You're all going to the same place on a plane so therefore same service for same price.
I'm paying the same delivery fee when my meal is delivered second and arrives cold compared to the lucky first person who gets their meal delivered warm and also sooner.
The second person getting delivery doesn't get the same service as the first.
It sounds like uber is making $ off multiple deliveries by paying the driver one fee.

Hey Jesse.. I've been screwed over by ubereats drivers 4 times and counting.. I call them at 1800 839 152 to settle disputes.
I directly complaints through email to the uber support center and also send them the link to the product review. Finally, they agreed to dispute the money.
I know right
Same thing happened to me. I've contacted consumer affairs. A huge issue with dodgy drivers that needs looking into further.
