Absolutely love Vaya! Reliable, super affordable mobile plan and rewards customer for loyalty and also birthday bonus data. I have never had a problem with data speeds or downloads. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I have always had great coverage with the network in the time I have been a customer. I love that I am rewarded with more data for staying with the company.

Vaya uses the Optus network so it is fine around towns but off the beaten track it is not as strong as Telstra, but if you are in towns or cities Vaya is a great option and of course great value.

The cheapest option for data plans whilst providing high coverage rate. Never had an issue with coverage, even at the Mountains and Regional areas. Provides generous amounts of data for value.

I have been with Vaya for a long time and will stay with them forever, the service is excellent with the best price, I have never had any dropouts or problems of any kind. Good on you Vaya.

Vaya has never let me down. It is extremely reliable and cost efficient with very generous data plans. The data download speeds are fast enough for me. I shall be staying with Vaya indefinitely.

Coverage is good. It supports 4G so long as the area has 4G towers. It probably won’t have coverage in remote parts of Australia since it uses Optus lines - good overall.

I joined up on a $16 a month 2gb unlimited calls mobile plan in 2016 and I've always been happy with their service.
They increased my data to 4gb in 2022 and doubled it again last year for no extra cost.
Today Vaya increased my monthly data to 17gb because of my 5 years of loyalty and that I always pay on time. I'm still paying $16 a month!

I've been a customer for almost 10 years now and never had any issues with Vaya. They're extremelyl affordable and great value for money; help & assistance is easily accessible via phone or online. Service of calls and network is absolutely fine and what really stood out to me was how they went above & beyond to offer unlimited data throughout the Covid-pandemic as well as generously increased our monthly data usage gradually without charging anything extra! Very happy customer! :)

Never had a problem with Vaya. Have 2 phones with Vaya. Good solid phone service. When you're a long term customer they upgrade with more data for the same price. They've upgraded me twice so far. Can't argue with that.

Amazing service, quick to deal with, value for money. Great comms, its good to be their customer, would recommend and i'm trying to get my partner to make the switch!

Great priced mobile plan with unlimited calls/ texts and plenty of data that keeps getting upgraded at no extra cost.
Occasional delays in sending/receiving texts especially with attachments, but overall a reliable service.

I have no problems with Vaya, I have 2 plans with them, never get kicked or have dropouts nor do I have any problems with data speed, they use the Optus network. I get occasional treats with extra data on both plans! I thoroughly recommend Vaya as value for money!

My original plan was with Jeenee which Vaya took over. The transition went without any issues. At the moment I have just been upgraded to 22gb from 16gb and am still only paying $19.90 mth which is very good value indeed. The only issue I have is that when travelling in remote areas I do loose signal which was expected but is sometimes annoying, apart from that Vaya is good value for money.

My Vaya service has been reliable and fast. There have been a few times when I was in the country that I lost reception because the Optus network has no coverage but these have been limited to areas quite a distance from a town. Vaya increased my data a couple of times for no additional cost, I now get 17GB/mth for $16. Such great value for money.

I have very rarely experienced network drop outs, reasonable speed internet, very reliable and all at a really good price. Have been with you guys for 8 years and never disappointed

How simple can it be, never had a problem, never had a coverage issue. Just plain reliable. Forget how many years with Vaya, see no reason to change, always got more than I expected.

Simple Hassle free mobile plan at a budget price. Reliable and great value. This company provides a great service. Coverage the same as Optus at a fraction of the price. Fair coverage in regional areas, excellent in cities. Poor coverage in most remote locations

Have been with Vaya for many years now and they just keep on giving.
Great network coverage. Overall great data speeds. Never had a dropout.
So happy I changed to Vaya when I did.
