They upgraded my plan at no extra charge last year. They also offered me unlimited mobile data for March and April to help me get through this hard time. Very thoughtful! Happy with their coverage and speed too.

No drop outs while talking to people even in this crazy time we are going through. I know of family members with other privders that are having trouble but all is goid with vaya

Excellent reception in most circumstances. There are the occasional connection difficulties in some (usually more remote) areas although this has more to do with the limitations of Optus rather than Vaya itself.

Vaya is a great supplier of phone services at affordable prices. I have been with them for many years. Coverage is the same as optus, top notch. Keep up the good work i encourage any one wanting a solid network with some of the best pricing I have to change providers now.

Network is good, no drop outs in suburbs downloads works fine good speed no signal in out back as yet and not much in the high country but getting better
