Probably the worst delivery service possible
I ordered 9 cases of wine one month ago and have received none of the 3 shipments. The tracking system is non existent even though they make out they know where your wine is. I now am communicating with them daily and the story is always the same. It is a real shame as the business has lots to offer but logistics is letting them down. Don't use them unless you are prepared to waste time following up your purchases. They have given me a $25 credit and refunded one of the dozen bottles but I still dont know if they will arrive or not.

Appalling delivery service
Ordered two weeks ago and still waiting for delivery. Only has to come from Melbourne to Canberra! Told due to difficulties in warehouse and only having the one warehouse. Got an email a week after ordering with shipment tracking info showing wine was in transit about 15km away. When I asked why it would still take best part of another week to arrive (as per their email), I was told the shipping tracker system is unreliable and wine had still not left Melbourne warehouse! Apologetic but nothing can apparently be done to expedite delivery. Still advertising fast delivery though I note!!!!

r all the trouble you had with your delivery :( I'm afraid to say that at the time you ordered with us, we were using our old courier company and our delivery service was something we really weren't proud of. Our deliveries were slow and we had very little tracking available either for our customers or for us here at Vinomofo. We were feeling pretty held back and didn't want to be subjecting our customers to such poor service, so it became our biggest focus last year to find a courier company who, not only could provide a service that we'd be proud of offering our customers, but also were forward thinking and committed to making constant improvements to benefit our customers. shipping service appalling
I have ordered twice from these guys - and twice the shipping has been appalling. The first time the order keep revising the date it would arrive to be later and later - after lots of emails complaining - it finally arrived over 2 weeks later - well after the time they said it would. They refunded the shipping but I was very hesitate to order again - but have because the wine was good. Poor service & poor planning
I tried to order 5 bottles of Ca’ Furlan ‘Cuvée Beatrice’ Prosecco. My first order went through ok but about 30 minutes later my order was cancelled. I ordered a 2nd time & yet again it was cancelled 5 minutes from delivery. If they can't deliver on an order of 5 bottles how can they handle high number orders.

Appalling service...wine never arrived!
After waiting three weeks and contacting Vinomofo three times they admitted they had no idea as to the whereabouts of my order. The tracking link suggested for 11 days that it would arrive "today". It never did. Their service staff are pleasant to deal with and I have been given a refund but it was seriously inconvenient. As to the quality of their wine....I have no idea!

Since our move to Aus Post, our deliveries are faster than ever! We also have Click & Collect from our warehouse in Port Melbourne and we're constantly working on new and more convenient ways to have your wine delivered, so really excited to keep being able to offer more and more options for everyone. If you're concerned about the safety of your credit card details, don't worry, we don't store any details on our website. They're all held in a secure third party gateway called "Stripe". We also have an option available when you checkout to not store your credit card details, and if all else fails, we have good, old Paypal :) Haha hipsters - I love it! That's totally fair, we actually started to realise something quite similar last year. We realised we were trying to make our write-ups so fun that we were actually starting to neglect the most important part - information about the wine! We've done a lot of work around this and are now fully focused on make our wine write-ups not just fun, but, first and foremost, packed full of tasting notes and other interesting tidbits about the wine, winery and region. Needs to sort out delivery - wine left in hot sun to ruin
Our family has been using Vinomofo for 2 years now and have become increasingly disappointed with their delivery service. Today, after arranging to be home all day to take delivery of our mixed case of wine, I stepped out the front door to find the Vinomofo box sitting on the front porch, heating up in 30 degree temperatures. Noone bothered to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I have just unloaded 12 hot bottles of red, white and sparkling wine. Great way to ruin the product and lose customers.

Not as good as it Seems
I have been buying wine from Vinomofo now for about 4 months and shockingly i have purchased 10 boxes .
The thing is even though they show discounted prices its best to do a web search on the item.
You will find that the prices quoted are usually cellar door which as many wine buffs know is expensive.
By the time it trickles down to a retailer the price is discounted and if you search you will find most retailers online have very similar pricing,so what sounds like a good deal is actually what every one pays retail.

Firstly, I'm so glad to hear you're loving the quality of our wines! Our buyers will only ever buy wine that they themselves love to drink, so a lot of effort goes into only sourcing the best of the best :) Our secret deals are pretty interesting, aren't they. It's great that you're enjoying them! We have a lot of people wonder whether they're bin ends or clean skins, so I'd be very happy to clarify for you. These are the wines that we get the BEST deals on and there are two main reasons we hide the name of the producers. The main one is that sometimes the producer has sold the exact same wine to other wine retailers, so our producers don't want them to know that they gave us a better deal. They want to maintain that relationship so that they can keep selling to them in the future. The second reason is that we want to pass the awesome savings on to our tribe, however some producers want to ensure they're protecting their brand and the amazing wine they've put so much time and effort into by not openly advertising it online for such a low price. We would never want to do wrong by our producers, so we simply hide their name when we pop it online - everybody wins :) In regards to the price we show, you're right, it's the RRP set by the producers of the wine. We also now include a competitor comparison on each deal, however use the RRP as the basis for the discount. As we work directly with producers (so there's no "middle man") and we're generally just able to score better deals than other retailers anyway, it's pretty rare to find prices lower than ours. Sorry about getting so many emails - we know we send a lot :S If you're not keen on getting them every day, we actually have a weekly option you can choose. This can keep you across our deals without feeling overwhelmed or bombarded :) If you have anymore feedback for us, please don't hesitate to give me a shout! Bad Taste
After reading the wine review I thought I was in for a real treat but after waiting a week for my Shiraz I was totally disappointed.
The wine tasted nothing like the rating provided by Vinomofo! Sure, it may not be the wine as I have enjoyed many bottles of Taylors from other providers but not this time!
Combine that with slow delivery and your left with a very bad taste in your mouth!

Time tested, and only gets better....
There are online stores that only get bigger and better in range, but then start to falter in service and lose connection with their realtime customers. There are alot out there who push wine packages to make them seem a deal too.
