Works but is bulky heavy and not easy to run smoothly along floor.
I got talked into this vacuum cleaner by Godfreys guy as I wanted a bagless but this has the cylinder that collects dust but also has the bag which you don't need to change that often with the cylinder that helps.
I now only have wooden and vinyl and tiled floors so is a lot easier than the carpet was to pull it along.
For the price I paid for it I think that others were better as the bags are expensive but what is new she says didn't want any bags so come out buying one with bags, but saying that the cylinders that are on the outside are way...Read more

Falls apart
There were 2 major things wrong.
1. The floor head comes off while sweeping but also the suction tube falls off the handle. Very annoying while vacuuming.
2. It might lift the dust out of the carpet but it doesn't grab the lint and other things like thread etc.
We used multiple heads but found that you had to sweep 4 or 5 times in order to lift everything up, which is very frustrating.

I wish I never purchased it.
For the price of the Wertheim W2000 vacuum it should perform much better. I had bought earlier a cheap $89 vacuum for downstairs area for which works so much better. The Wertheim is the worst vacuum I have ever used and would not recommend it.

Fantastic
I ve had this machine for almost a year now and it's fantastic. The suction is excellent and having a beagle who sheds all the time it easily does the job of lifting animal hair. The bags don t need to be changed very often and I would never go back to a bag less vacumn cleaner. I find it's very quiet and is only noisy whe using the turbo head but as I only use this for rugs (have floor boards) it's not a problem. It also comes with heaps if attachments. Well worth the $399 I paid in Godfreys - we ve been so happy with this purchase

This one ticks all the boxes
My partner and I dropped into Godfreys Prahran and got great service and advice. We were also able to test machines as well as watch demonstrations. As I suffer from severe allergies this machine was within our budget, had all the attachments we required to vacuum both our rugs and floorboards and has a high grade HEPA filtration as well as an extra level of filtration due to the bag material. We were also able to get the bags in bulk and got a great deal on servicing. Machine is a tad noisy but certainly worth it.

Very noisy
Purchased this by mistake after and old Miele model failed, expecting it to be similar, Unfortunately the suction is nowhere near as good and the noise is earsplitting, I always use earmuffs to operate this thing. Overall it is not recommended. After a year ours will end in an op shop.

Great power and features
This vacuum cleaner has great suction and is great for general cleaning as well as picking up pet hair. After owning it for about a month I have no real issues with it whatsoever. The fact it has a general use head, pet hair cleaning head and one for timber floors makes it a very versatile machine, meeting all my needs.
If I had one complaint it would be that when using the vacuum head for cleaning pet hair, the noise of the machine significantly increases. For me it is not a huge problem as I only need to use it on the rugs in our house.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.
Different heads, picks up pet hair, great suction
Pet hair cleaning head is a bit loud

The Best Machine for pets.
Dropped in the store for a strong vacuum and walked out with a big smile on my face. This machine has insane suction and the handy attachments make it ideal vacuum cleaner for pets. I have all hard floors and was recommended this by the salesperson. I love this vacuum (sounds a bit cliché but true).
Mind blowing suction, Very useful accessories, Soft start motor, Ideal for pets.

What alternative vacuum bag can I use please?
1 answer
Hi there, I didn't find an alternative bag, I replaced the vacuum cleaner with an old Miele. Still going strong

There's a light near the variable speed control. What's it for?
2 answers
How strong the suction is
As above, it is the suction indicator. However, if the light flashes it's letting you know that the bag is full and needs to be changed.
