Have had other brands but this is the best.
Happy with the fridge over all. Cannot find any faults what so ever. After having other brands this definitely remains at the top of my list. Would never go without a Westinghouse again. Excellent with being able to see clearly what l have in my fridge. Both fridge & freezer very happy with. well done WESTINGHOUSE.

Warranty
: Temperature is great no problems
: Quiet
: Easy to clean
Warranty: Older brand had problems with the freezer rubber seal not sealing. When the service technician came out he was great and did not take their time fixing it. I received a brand new model under warranty. Westinghouse was very helpful when waiting for fridge to arrive when asking questions.

Great fridge
My new bottom mount fridge was only delivered today and I'm already delighted with it. The temperature is well balanced throughout and it's quiet and doesn't make "klunking" noises like my old fridge. The shelves are very easy to access and easy to clean and I'm more than happy with it.

A Great Value Large Capacity Fridge/Freezer
Fridge: Great Lighting, Access, Temp Control, Shelving, Compartments, Capacity and is reasonably quite... no complaints
Freezer: Well Organised compartments. Only minor issue is the ice maker, doesn't really work that well.
If you want a no frills unit that looks good, is simple (less to go wrong), with excellent capacity; I believe this is it!

Quiet, large capacity, minor issues
Large capacity, quite fridge, with well thought out configuration. Freezer on bottom, with large draws works well. The inbuilt ice tray keeps getting stuck. The internal plastics are a bit flimsy and have cracked, after accidentally dropping some objects in fridge. Reasonable fridge for the money.

Westinghouse are not what they used to be
Purchased this model 5 weeks ago, having had owned 2 Westinghouse fridges before, I was confident in my purchase.
The truth however is that this fridge is incredibly noisy. Another issue is that the doors do not 'self close' even with the fridge inclined to the correct position.
Westinghouse customers service is non-existant, with two emails to the customer care division unanswered.
Given the similar reviews on here, perhaps Westinghouse is a brand best avoided.

Except for the crisper, and lack of wine rack, though early days very good otherwise
The crisper drawer is useless, jams, falls out easily and then awkward to replace, an absolute pain - perhaps the drawer is too narrow or rails too wide.
Have sent complaint to W'House reply will be interesting.
Otherwise it quiet, roomy well designed, the freezer compartment works well especially the drawers and rails.
The SS model comes with a wine rack ($30 otherwise).

How do I get the wheels down so that I can roll it out? I smell mold coming out of the back and I can't budge the thing to get it out of the space.
1 answer
Remove everything inside the refrigerator temporarily to lessen the weight. Then adjust the wheels, etc.

Update: a technician from Westinghouse attended and told me the noise was within expected levels. I would recommend avoiding this model.
