Hi, now have an F9 error soon after starting cycle to eco wash. no previous issues with machine. Have remove filter and cleaned it and also cleaned small holes in bottom of machine where filter sits. Also checked inlet filter but all good. Someone mentioned an outlet hose filter may need unblocking ? Any help much appreciated . Thx

We have just purchased a WSF6608 Dishwasher. We have not been able to use it as every time we’d turn it on it comes up with the F5 error. Very disappointed. This is despite checking every hose and making sure of everything it says in the manual. Help please?

I have been very disappointed with my dishwasher not drying and have spoken to Electrolux twice and had a serviceman come out once. After the serviceman pulled a small piece of plastic (from packaging apparently) from the filter, the problem still has continued. Unfortunately organising repairs is difficult with my work situation and I had to cancel the next once. I have now realised that the rinse aid dispenser which has been filled once only since installing in January is still full. I can only assume there is a problem with the dispenser. Has anyone else had this problem? I have tried setting adjuster at different settings between 1 & 10 over the last couple of months and that doesn’t seem to make a difference. Any feedback would be appreciated otherwise it is back to booking a serviceman and hoping I don’t have to cancel again.
Thanks.

I recently bought a WSF6606 dishwasher. I used the Eco cycle which initially ran as it should for 1.22 minutes. Now suddenly the cycle time has changed to 2.02 minutes. How can I change this back or re-set the machine to get back the proper cycle setting? Thanks you.

Had the Dishwasher installed two days ago.
After completing a 'Heavy' cycle I find the inside of the machine dripping wet.
Crockery dry but some cutlery had to be dried by hand. Rinse Aid setting on three. I've checked during the cycle and heating Ok. Machine appears not be venting correctly. Could this be a fault or am I missing something ?

Is your outlet hose blocked? The hose attachment on a pvc S-bend may need to be drilled open.

Our dishwasher coming up with error F9, what does it mean and how do you fix it?
3 answers
Just guessing but are your drains blocked do dishwasher not draining properly
Hi Sherree,
Not sure what this error is as I haven’t had any problems with mine.
I’d would search the trusty Google for answers & if nothing helps on there then I would contact Westinghouse.
Sorry I couldn’t help

Hi Dee which cycle are you using? some of the short/fast cycles don't run the drying heater, the manual shows which ones.
Yes keep switching btwn the 2 that dry...tried increasing rinse aid, everything the manual suggests. Have someone coming to check it out next week. Thank you for your reply.

Hi, unfortunately didn't get the child lock on and toddler has pressed some buttons. Everything works except the program button only toggles on/off the tablet button. It will not cycle through the programs. Program is stuck on eco meaning 3hr cycle.
Any ideas on how to fix?

Dishwasher showing F9 error code. Any help?

Hello my dishwasher is showing error F9 too. I was wondering if you found out why and how to fixes the problem
It’s the drain hose filter. A new drain hose for approximately $30 and all fixed.

My dishwasher is showing h16 and wont start any ideas??

Try hold down the start/pause button for 3 seconds to cancel the load then restart it. I think that’s what I did last time. Maybe check the manual if that doesn’t work I remember just button mashing till it turned off or start a weird shorter load

What does H01 mean. Is it on delay for 1 hour ?
3 answers
Hi Mini you are right on the ticket. The H01 displays when you opt for time delay. You reset it by START/PAUSE
and use either the+ or - sign to select a new delay time. Naturally you have to press the start/pause to activate your choice. I hope this answers your question.

Hiya, yes that's right. I find this function particularly useful over night. So I program the machine to start a couple of hours before I get up in the morning so that it's just finished and I can open it and let the steam out, rather than it staying in all night
Thanks for the replies. Great help

Dishwasher shows 1.5p and progresses through to 9.5p. Tried turning the power off. Can't grt it to complete a cycle. We cleaned out the drain. If we start a cycle it goes to 1 minute and then finishes. Any suggestions?
1 answer
Hi. I just had the same problem. It initially showed F5 then that sequence 1.5P-9.5P. I cleaned the inlet water filter then let the dishwasher go through the same sequence. It then went back to normal. The P sequence must be a diagnostic reset perhaps? Good luck I hope you’re back on track. I bought an extended warranty, still got 4 years to go.

Hi there, it seems like this error code is quite common, looking at other Westinghouse threads. I think you should contact Westinghouse on [email protected]
