Fantastic but noisy fridge
Works well. energy efficient and all the compartments stay at the correct temperature. Door and lights are great,
The only thing that I do not like about this that the fridge is much noisier than the one it replaced. It hums and gurgles most of the time so much that we have to have the bedroom door closed at night to get to sleep. Maybe all new frost free fridges would be this load but it is not something you can listen too at the shop. They should have a Db rating and "time on" as well.

Great fridge, spacious and sleek design.
I purchased this fridge about 10 months ago and it has been fantastic, maintains a great temperature through the whole fridge and keeps all the food under temperature, the design is exactly the style I like with the freezer being on top and the crisper located on the bottom.
The fridge has different temperature settings which can be adjusted, this saves on running costs which is handy as there are times where there are different products in it and it may not need to be on full power, illustrates great versatility. The fridge is generally ve...Read more
ry quiet except on the odd occasion when it makes a slight noise which sounds as if it is entering a temporary defrost mode or is part of the standard functionality. The fridge is also very easy to clean and I have had times where even the most stubborn food stains etc can come off with some basic hot soapy water, the space between the shelves gives the user plenty of room to clean comfortably.

Cutting corners but not to bad
After 10 years of the reliable Westinghouse fridge going strong its time was up. We did the research and come up Westinghouse still the best in the price range and size we wanted. We had no concerns due to the other fridge serving us well. Being from a country town neither of the 2 appliance shops had this model in stock for us to look at making it challenging. Once home we noted the quality of the interior compartments have declined they feel and look flimsy and the vegetable draw is not as deep as the last fridge and does not hold a lot for a...Read more
fridge of this size, The shelves runners are not grooved all the way along the slide in making it a hazard when pulling the shelf out to clean, all items on the shelf need to be removed. The biggest concern for us is there is no light now if the freezer!!! Why do they design these without a light? Both our past Westinghouse fridges have had this feature one just takes it for granted there is a light in a freezer. On asking the store which we purchased they said most fridges don't now... Most frustrating not having this ease of looking into ones freezer... Another cut back is the wine/bottle steel shelf that used to be supplied with the fridge this is no longer on offer. The good points are it is slightly bigger and the freezer which holds more. The fridge is very quite when running the light in the fridge is bright and makes it easy to see in. Overall the fridge is fine, it is noticeable the cost cutting measure manufactures are making now to save money.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

A Great Family Fridge
This is a good size family fridge. The freezer and fridge areas are quite generous and a good size for a family. The crisper is a good size and does it's job perfectly.
The SS finish is excellent and easy to wipe clean and quite pleasant on the eyes, not to bright a shiny. The glass shelving in this fridge is easy to clean and is a lot better than our old fridge that had wire shelving where things would fall rough and over.
It is easy to set controls that suit you, it is quiet running and there is a door open alarm to remind you that someone has left the door open.
Wry happy with purchase.

Stylish & Functional
This is my second Westinghouse. I am just as happy with this one. Quiet motor, keeps food a good temp. Plenty of options to set up internal shelves and door. I use the slide out meat compartment for an additional fruit & vegie storage. On the freezer, I removed the ice cube tray though it seemed like a waste of space.
I keep a lot of food in the freezer and put it to the test - It passes with flying colours.

One Cool Fridge...
What do you do when your fridge stops working a couple of weeks before Christmas... and you’re not flush with accessible funds? Search the www for the best deal, and check Product Review to see if that bargain find is really good value :-)
Two months after doing exactly that, we’re very pleased with our Westinghouse WTB4600SA (especially considering it cost $757 delivered, after RT Edwards discount and Westinghouse cashback).
First up, RT Edwards were simply perfect to deal with – a 22% off sale + free delivery and installation. Our loca...Read more
l store only had a display model, but we had a brand newie delivered to our home (regional location) within the week. Now, about the fridge – for starters it looks great. The brushed stainless finish really is resistant to fingerprints, and the recessed handles are streamlined (no space-wasting sticky-out bits). The 699mm width is compact and perfect for our available space. It runs beautifully cool on the ‘mid’ setting, even in the recent heatwave conditions. With a 3.5 star rating, it’s reasonably energy efficient and is whisper-quiet – both important considerations for us. It’s easy to keep clean, inside and out – another big plus.Similar opinion? Excellent fridge
We bought our new fridge in November and went with Westinghouse because of the excellent reviews, because we could get left hand hinges and because our other new appliances are also Westinghouse. We are also very happy with our duo oven and cooktop.
It works really well, keeping the food very cold and items in the freezer like ice cream are also kept very cold.
As stated in the manual it does make some interesting noises but they are by no means loud.
I realise the glass shelves are to stop spillage but would prefer my old metal rack type shelves.

Great fridge but the crisper draw is terrible and is impossible to stop if dropping off its mounting
For almost 12 months we have tried everything to fix the vegetable crisper draw and slide mechanism. We're not at all happy with this feature and are seeking a positive resolution to appears to be a common problem with this model fridge. Apart from the crisper issue, the actual fridge is great.

Wish I bought a bottom freezer model
Freezes up the lettuce, bottom vegetable drawer useless, hard to change the temperature, hard to clean, food gets stuck in cracks, top freezer full of cracks, ice cube containers get stuck, very quiet, like the blue light that comes on when you open the fridge, light in freezer good idea, next fridge will be a upside one as easier to find things as you don't use the freezer so much
