Wildfire supplied a pack that I had trouble sourcing in New Zealand. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful. The process was very straight forward and shipping was free. The Osprey Exos packs are very well made, very light weight, and surprisingly robust. These new models have significant upgrades from the original exos pack, which was also an outstanding product. Bought a pack due to it not being available in NZ and it arrived in under a week with the free included delivery. They also take the GST off their orders for NZ so you don't get charged twice.
Ordered more products the following week with the same outcome.

My daughter has had a variety of sports shoes over the years but her description of the Salomon shoes we bought recently was, "They're the most comfortable and best constructed shoes I've ever owned." (She's studying to be a Physio so she has an interest in this.) the communication with Wildfire was brilliant, they were able to source out-of-stock shoes and mail them swiftly and efficiently. Their "try-two-pairs" is also a great idea if you live out of town as we do. I recommend them as a good, reliable company with a very good product.

I bought a pair of runners which arrived quickly though I had ordered the wrong size. I informed wildfire, they emailed me a prepaid post stamp, I sent the shoes back & they were replaced with the correct size at no extra cost. The whole process only took a couple of weeks. The service was excellent.

I've purchased two pairs of Vibram KSO Evos from Wildfire Sport. Both times I've enjoyed the benefit of the Afterpay service which spreads the cost over a few weeks. Goods can be posted out but I've always picked up from the store so I can try on and confirm the fit. Store staff have always been friendly and helpful. Love the range of products, shoes like Vibrams are hard to find, this is the only place I've found in South East Qld that stocks them.

I bought my Garmin forerunner 920xt from wildfire about 18 months ago as it was a lot cheaper than elsewhere so it was a gamble as I'd never heard of them. But it arrived promptly and no issues with it until the strap broke last week and I had to order a replacement ... arrived in Melbourne in 3 days and I was kept informed all the way ...

I have problems with both feet and the Altra Superior 1.5 (with wide toe pocket and zero rise) has been a break though in allowing me to walk long distances with minimal pain. I couldn't find a source for the 1.5's but was able to buy the Superior 2.0's in Australia through Wildfire Sports. Very happy with the prompt service and delivery.

I didn't take advantage of it, but for an extra $10 you can get a couple of sizes sent out to try. This is handy for the Altra's as it seems common to step up a size (no pun intended!).

I haven't gone any distance in them yet but am very happy with the shoes, they seem very well made and as comfortable as the 1.5's but with more cushioning.

I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive HR from them on Wed, it arrived Friday. Well packaged. Instant order confirmation, within hours I had delivery confirmation (the item was in stock). Brilliant!

Vibram KSO EVO women's - great for the dreaded 'leg days'! I am lower to the ground and use new muscles, on account of not having the standard cushioning other standard shoes have. I am a Vibram concert through and through

WFS provided excellent customer service in replacing a pair of shoes which fell apart and replaced them without hassle. They are easy to deal and their response time is quick and polite.

I bought a Leatherman and the parcel was delivered to me in Melbourne in about 4 working days - which is, in itself, enough of a reason to be quite happy.
But, there was a problem with the contents and, if I had posted this review two days ago, I wouldn't be giving this rating.
However, I sent an email to Wildfire Sports and advised what had happened and they immediately sent me a replacement and a return satchel for the faulty purchase.
The replacement arrived in less than 2 working days and I am a very happy customer who will recommend purchasing from a company with this level of customer-centric ethics.
