I Ordered my item Sunday Night on the website, it was delivered Monday Morning with a phone call of when to expext the item, with a follow up call. Very efficient will be defiantly ordering again.

Absolute rubbish.First-they sold me a sink which didn’t have in stock.They couldn’t send item for 15 days, couldn’t give me tracking number, didn’t deliver on promised date. No one there knows anything, keep blaming Blanco, yet they sold something which they didn’t have. It’s 28 days since I bought sink and counting. Absolute rubbish online shop. Avoid.

After 20 years of using a top loader I finally found a front loader that ticked all the boxes. A friend recommended this washer to me and I couldn't be happier. Still working through all the settings but I am so impressed with how well it works and how quiet and easy it is to use. The service over the phone from Winning Appliances was top notch.
