beware when buying, one day the item you put in your cart is X amount, the next day its Y ammount, they will change the price depending on various factors automatically, so if you want to pay for petrol at $1.80 instead of $1.36 go ahead as an analigy, but great great service and phone skills, they eventually reduced the price to what i had clicked on the day before

Ordered fridge filter online, delivery was to be two weeks after order was placed. (A bit longer than expected but no real problem) A week before delivery I was advised the delivery would be moved back a few days which was also not a problem. This date came and went and I did not receive my filter. Emailed the store and got no response... emailed again a few days later and got a prompt reply from the store manager advising me they would be in contact the next day to sort it out. Then nothing. 2 weeks past the original delivery date and I have still heard nothing and still have no filter, very frustrating. Very poor all round service.

Product is exactly as anticipated. Delivery was on time and I was kept up to date on arrival on the day. Installation was not possible on the day so Winnings refunded the very reasonably installation cost but quoted on the reconfiguration required to ensure compliancy. Very happy with the outcome.

I ordered an electric blanket. My credit card was debited ($30 more than the RRP on a product with free delivery). I never received a transaction confirmation email. I have no customer reference. I have called their customer service number couldn't get through and requested a call back. It's never been received. I have emailed them and still heard nothing. My bank are chasing them to get my money back. There are other options out there. Use them!
