not happy with the after sales service. Not happy with how difficult it was to get them to rectify things.

Just a short note from both of us to say how pleased we are with our new winsulation. We have both noticed a big difference already. We also would like to specially mention Linus and how impressed we are with his great craftsmanship. He has an eye for attention to detail with the result being that the build is hardly noticeable and non-intrusive ie it looks as if part of the original building. It has exceeded our expectations.

I have extremely noisy neighbours and this secondary glazing has changed my living conditions. I can close up all the winows and doors and it is all shut out. It is an mazing product. I was considering selling up and moving away from an area and home I am very happy with. I cannot recommend the products highly enough. It does not completely cut out bass but cuts it down considerably but I was told that it would only decrease that but it completely cuts out loud conversation. Not cheap but worth every cent.

We replaced storm damaged old timber windows with the double glazed Winsulation casement style windows. Noise difference is great - so much quieter and it also keeps the house cooler. We found all the team very easy to deal with and a special nod to the installation team who above and beyond. Not many tradies these days clean up afterwards. Great product - great people - what more do you want ?

We live in Brisbane CBD and had a problem with noisy tenants, drunks on the streets and increasing "white noise" from airconditioners, early morning leaf-blowers and traffic.

On a recent trip to Europe and the UK, we noticed some of the older hotels had retro-fitted double glazing on their windows. Immediately on our return in September 2014, we called in Winsulation to see if they could recommend a solution to solve our problems. Otherwise we were going to sell up. We have had three jobs done by this company and still plan on four more. Gradually working all the way around the house. The windows are beautiful and add a lot of value to our property. Very effective for noise and insulation. From the first quote to the final instal for each job the company and staff have been excellent to work with and been very professional with their work. Can't wait to start the next area.

I have some living areas facing the western sun and I hate heavy curtains. I looked into options and found Winsulation. They ended up doing 3 sets of wood grained aluminium stacker doors for me. Sounds strange using wood-grained aluminium but they look amazing and I don't have to worry about revarnishing all the time. It's a quality product so isn't super cheap, but the results are brilliant. The house is cooler, and I now don't need to put any curtains up. I've used the air con far less since they went in, so I'm pretty happy all round. Really decent and polite installers too - very nice.

We have purchased 3 products from Winsulation. The internal sound proofing was great, Expensive but helped reduce the noise. The next two we purchased where a large sliding door and a split fix & awning window. The installation of the large door was messy, poor and the size meant that the seal in the middle where the join was, was not perfect and noise still comes through. The small awning winding has had a few problems. 1 they leak when we get heavy rain, 2, the seal around the edge has now bubble twice and been repaired twice and still its not great, and the winding mechanism from Doric has failed twice and now we are trying a third time to get it fixed. I can say I would use them again.

Conceptually great product. The company ordered the wrong design, the windows delayed build by 20 weeks, they leaked, were damaged by thier staff, were badly made, the hardware is terrible, the keys rusted in 2 weeks i still have leaks throughout the house. The company service was so bad that rehau investigated. The hardware is now falling apart and you have to wait months for a visit. Never buy from these people it has been a nightmare that continues…..

I recently had double glazed windows installed by Winsulation. The product is adbertised ss being able to reduce outside noise and insulate against the weather.

The product is a little expensive however I believe it has been a good investment in our home. We have already noticed a significant drop in noise from outside and we have hardly used the air conditioning system any where near as much as last year.
