Did not receive what I ordered and getting an answer out of them is like getting blood out of a stone.

My granddaughter saw a turtle doona cover on Wish and I purchased it for her as a lock down gift.

I purchased a nurse scrub shirt I requested a particular design, when I received the scrubs, it was not the design I chose, the fabric is cheap, not cotton like all my scrubs are I have asked for a refund and they have refused to refund my money and have not given me any reason why they wouldn't refund me my money, don't buy from here, cheap and nasty products, in my pictures attached the top on the left is the design I ordered the top on the right is what I was sent

Placed numerous orders almost 3 weeks ago on the basis they were a certain price with $1 “standard shipping” and added to cart. I did a mental count of the total as I ordered each item.

Last item was a dress which was $4 with standard shipping of $1. Proceeded to cart to finalise and my final total was 4 times the actual advertised price and shipping. Somehow the system paid without me checking out.

Requested a refund and the virtual assistant said it was processed and paid within 10 days. It’s now end of august and no refund. Tried contact...

I ordered a shoe 2 month ago they sent something different I refused to pick it up and since than I chasing them to get my money or the shoe I ordered but no one to help
Will never deal with them anymore

I order some diabetes socks for 43.00 dollars per 6 pairs and they send me 6 pairs of very small socks that they're not diabetes socks. The socks they send me to cost less than 10.00 dollars . The problem is I find it very hard to let them understand diabetes socks.
I don't recommend Wish because they are an agent of many companies and they know nothing about the products they sell.

A company can make a mistake and sent you the wrong items but this company they have no idea what they sell.

Too many orders never delivered and never fully refunded . Sizing usually two sizes too small . Quality very poor and nothing like that promoted . And Australian consul saying it was an embarrassment to the PRC . Hopefully it's days are numbered .

The item I purchased was of a poor quality and didn't fit properly (very baggy). I tried to return it and their website kept on freezing. Tried to call them and no answer. Totally useless and will never use it again.
I'm off to find a homeless person who may appreciate a pair of baggy tracksuit pants!

I can't believe wish is still operating. I did buy several items from them and while a couple were ok, most were complete garbage. I guess the first is you get what you pay for. Almost everything is really cheap and nasty. Don't expect it to look like the photos they're using. Most are defective in some way. I ordered a brown hair extension and got black. That "real hair" look is about the same quality as a $2 hair piece from the reject shop. All electronics without exception didn't work, and some turned up heavily scratched and broken. Postage...

Check the length (wish purchase) XL on right other mainstream brand M on left. Customer support says it is satisfactory.

I bought 2 months ago.Probably one of the most expensive product on Wish =$ 84!!!! A perfume Copy from Dyptique (Tam Dao,) They don't say it's a copy though .My problem is that The spray stopped working and my bottle is almost full!!(see photo).
I asked nicely to fix the poblem or a refund and they use the 30 days policy !!!!! 30 days to use a perfume.This is why I am so angry I use to buy products at wish Now they lost me..But they probably don't care .

Very disappointing. And what kind of online clothes store that charges $6 shipping PER ITEM doesn't allow free return shipping for exchanges? How are you supposed to know your size? Every item has a different size chart. Some things I'm S and some things I'm XL! The M dress was HUGE & the L was right size but SUPER baggy & loose in the armpits! The size S pants I got are the only thing that fits. It seems cheap, but after the individual shipping fees that are proportionate to the price, not item size, it's expensive! I'm out $37 for 2 dress...

Misleading advertising, the refund policy is teh worst, you have to take a photo and download to the phone, then they keep on asking ou questions to refuse to refund

Purchased a Phone which was a poor fake, wish deleted my account & refuses to refund the item, didn't respond to my messages. PAYPAL dispute asked me to send the item to a Sydney Address, no such name at address, item wasn't acknowledge of being received by the company so Paypal ruled in their favor. Wish then deactivated my account which has also happened to many others. Check google searches & this is a regular occurrence. Works like this: Sells product, if customer requests a refund fake address is given for returns, Paypal rules in sellers favor & Wish deletes buyers account which cannot be reactivated.

All stores on wish.com are misleading with prices and sizes they show low prices, just to get you to visit their stores and when you do visit the prices are double, shipping fee is way too much.
product quality is is way below average.
I find eBay 1,000 times better than wish

Have used wish for more than three years, yeah not always top quality goods but I think we know this from price charged for them never been happy with delivery costs and when you buy two or more the delivery should be adjusted but it’s not, have had many items returned or refunded without a hitch which is the main reason I still use wish. Don’t expect top quality for the price paid and you won’t be disappointed although most items are good quality, customer service and back up is 100% as far as I’m concerned

Mistakenly purchased a bag. Returned it the same day it arrived. No refund, no correspondence from Wish indicating the bag had returned unopened. I won't recommend this company.

The item was different fabric, different style and it was far too small.
I asked for a refund and they said because it was labelled XL there was nothing they could do.
Ive had issues with them before and said 'never again' but this time I mean it.

The cust service team are hopeless, people have no brain, irresponsibility. sent to ask 2 qs, I keep send for 5 times for the same q, still not yet solved, they were no to look in the details and just gave the crap answers that were not relevant, another q never response.
Wish website lots scams, unreal sales.

Prices and items are inviting but shipping cost can be huge! Those super buys are limited and if you miss out, Wish refunds for item but I am yet to be told how much of a refund on the shipping I can expect.

Do yourself a favour and search the item on Ebay first before you buy, I found identical, some cheaper and.often FREE shipping

I ordered a 4TB internal SATA 3 SSD and was sent a 4TB external USB SSD. Wish Customer Support do not understand the difference and obviously the vendor “ Courtney J Gonzale” doesn’t either, as they will not replace or refund. I would suggest that people steer clear of this site as they have no Customer Service skills whatsoever.

Do not buy from wish very unethical practices..... If I could I would rate them it would be a 0000000 rating.

Do not buy from WISH! I have ordered a windproof winter sleeping bag and received a sheet instead and the customer support refused to refund and stopped the live chat! This is a most disappointing experience that i have never had for any online shopping! Not only misleading marketing with photos and description but also rude and unprofessional customer service!

Twice now I have ordered from this website only to receive goods that do not match the image on the website and the quality far from what is stated. Do NOT buy from this website as even the online paying support crew don't help with getting a refund! Buyer beware.
