I started taking this 2 weeks ago. So far I have not experienced any side effects. I have only lost 300 grams and I am sure that is because I have been eating healthy. Cost me $120 and it doesn't work for me. I'm sure it works for some people as my Dr said it is the only over the counter one that does help.

I lost 3 kg in 3 weeks only taking it for dinner and if i was having a high fat lunch or breakfast...it kickstarted my eating habits made it thru xmas no xenical and lost another kg... helped me discipline myself break bad habits and decreased ny apoetite...veryy happy

I have been on xenical for nearly 3 weeks and have lost 5kg so far, I have had some side effects but have learnt what I can and can't eat that will exacerbate the side effects, yes some are horrid but can be controlled. Iam happy with the results so far.

I have only started using this product 3 days ago and haven't had a full 3 tablets a day until today. I am trying not to eat fat and have gone thru and thrown out all the junk in my fridge and cupboards to make the transition easier. I haven't had any side effects (oily stool, but thats a given). Although I do feel a little bloated today. Im putting it down to all the water Ive drunK!! Its early days but Im hoping for a positive result!

I have being on this pill for a week. I'm not getting the side effects that people are talking about.
I have barely lost anything on it... Maybe it just doesn't work for me and what I lost is due to exercising and eatin healthy rather than the pills. I am on the obese side of things and was hoping to use this pills to give me a kick start. Before hand I was exercising and eating right but scale was not moving. Now I have up the exercise and lost .4kg. Is there anyone else who is having a hard time losing weight with xenical ?

1st day of starting these, had 1 tablet this morning, and pooing my brains out ....is this normal, as ive only had one tablet all day..120 mg, cand would i need to up my dose if its already "cleaning me out "', also any food tips would be great, thanks, am looking forward to seeing how thses tabs go

I am 84 kg and 70 years old. not obese but clothes are shrinking in the wardrobe. Dr. recommended Xenical. Chemist said to reduce expense by taking it only after a meal containing fat. I dont eat much fat, had gall blader out, so take one capsule with evening meal. After three weeks I have not lost one jot!. The first week it was a rather unpredictable laxitive but nothing too stressful, now just feel normal. Dr did warn that I might only lose about 2kg in six months which is about the rate I am putting it on.

I am menopausal and was the heaviest I had ever been 84 kilos at 164 cm - at first I lost weight but put it back on because I was using it like a wander drug which it isn't. Now I've changed my diet to something I'll be able to sustain after I finish and the weight is visibly dropping off. I recommend using it with a healthy sensible diet but don't treat it like a dispensary - the reality is it takes 1/3 fat out of food so do the maths! I should also add that on its own the healthy diet was only sustaining my weight NOT helping me lose it as it would have when I was young.

Morning of day 7 have lost 3 kg - very encouraging. have experienced oily stools in morning (sometimes twice by lunch time) but otherwise no side effects. This in itself is encouraging for me as demonstrates that the Xenical is working to expel excess fat. It also encourages you to make lower fat choices. Looking forward to the coming 2 months during which I hope to lose a total of 10 more kg's.

so far i have only been taking this for 5 days im not watching the scales just how i feel in myself and my clothes so far so good i havent found myself running to the loo if you eat the right things you dont have to worrie about it, its almost like it scares you into eating the right food because you know what will happen if you dont,i think this is one diet pill that will really work for me

This drug works for me as it makes me stop and think before I eat. That is the whole idea of it. In order to avoid oily stools, you need to eat low fat foods. Then, 30% of the fat eaten does not get absorbed. I needed something to help me get over my drive-thru and chocolate addiction, and after just a week I can see a difference in my appearance, and I am not craving them anymore. I also do stomach crunches and other exercises, as I am not to walk or run due to ankle problems. I'm excited about continuing with Xenical.

I lost 10 kgs when i went on xenical the first time. It trains your body into knowing what you should eat. If you eat something bad then it will go straight through you. I look 5 months on xenical to loose the weight. Only problem was when i went of xenical i put on the weight as the scare wasnt there anymore. I tried going on xenical a second time and it didnt seem to work.
It worked for me. I lost 10 kgs
What comes out the other end. Do not eat fatty foods when taking xenical. Its expensive!
