I placed my order 11/05/2019 and it shipped 11/06/2019. All of the items were in stock. However now, 11/17/2019, it still says that the origin post is preparing shipment. My tracking number is LD021928440HK. Can someplace please explain to me what's going or how much long it'll take?

Hello, how does a package arrive....they put it on the mail box, leave it on the front door or you have to be in home ??

I made an order with one of my items having an availability of 7-14 days, but its been more than 14 days and its still processing? the estimated delivery time was also 3 days ago and I used express shipping, just wanted to know when it is able to be shipped.

When I try and check out it says my card is invalid. I have check it 5 times and it is the right number from my card. This happens on both website and app. What should I do?

Hello! I've been ordering from yesstyle for over 4 years now, but recently my latest order has a missing item! It's a ring, that was said to be included in package but when it arrived it was nowhere to be found. Would it be possible for yesstyle to send me a replacement? Or will they just refund me?
