My order number is 11919501. Soo the stuff came to the country but then in the track writes ”the delievery is unsuccesful” like are the stuff gonna go back to the yesstyle shop? Im i gonna get them? Or even the money? And idk why like were there problem with the address or what and i have been waiting sooo much kinda more than 3weeks. Like pls help me i want them i need them. And sorry for my very bad english.

If the delivery was unsuccessful, then your parcel should have been taken to a depot where you'll probably have to pick it up no? at least that was the case for me when one of my orders could not be delivered.

Hi this is my order number: 11920827. It showed shipped on the 13th april 2022 but I have not received it and the tracking information has not been updated at all. I called india post to enquire about the parcel if its stuck at the facility but they said they have not even received the parcel.
I am quite worried and upset because I have always ordered from Yesstyle and have never had any problems. Please give me an answer?

I order 2 items from YesStyle and the shipping info says the item number is cancelled and I need to contact the sender. But on yesstyle it says my order has an exception. I also checked the tracking number on Australia post and it says that my parcel is on it’s way, but the recent update says item number cancelled, contact seller.
