Wow yesstyle, three of my orders with wrong tracking number or addressed wrongfully?! Orders no.

What are you planning to do with these three orders you have given me wrong tracking numbers? Obviously im not gonna receive my orders because it’s either addressed to wrong persons or you have given me wrong tracking numbers that I have no way to be able to claim my orders at all?!
Your customer service don’t reply too? Probably also doesn’t know what’s going on as they can’t give me a reply or answer?! Are you planning on refunding me the money i paid for those 3 orders?! Wait, I still have one more order the fourth one which might also be sent to a different address. I hope you can solve this problem as this already caused too much headache for me.

Regarding my above question, I just want to inform everyone that yesstyle has fixed this issue already. They have a very good customer service. Sorry yesstyle that i got mad as I was very excited for my parcels but yesstyle didn’t do anything wrong, they have fixed it with auspost already. I suspected it’s a barcode issue that’s why my parcels got lost but although some already went back to me automatically as auspost found in the box my address, I also saw that yesstyle also made communication with auspost. Inshort, they will never let you down, thanks yesstyle,

Yesstyle, what’s happening? Two of my orders 12413553 and 12368344 confirmed with auspost were not addressed to me (one was sent to NSW, one was sent to wrong post code here in Victoria) but according to auspost, it’s also not addressed to my name but to different people? Will you please mind to check if you have given me the correct tracking numbers or you indeed accidentally addressed my parcels to wrong people. I have also sent this inquiry to customer service but they are taking a day to respond. I’ve waited long for yesstyle to ship my orders just to know I either get a wrong tracking numbers or my parcels were sent to wrong people. It’s been almost a week now since I first sent an enquiry. Pls check what’s happening. Thanks.

I ordered items from yesstyle over a month ago and today they were ready for me to get from my local post office but then a couple hours later i noticed that the shipments delivery was apparently unsuccessful. id like to know whats going on and can i go get my shipment from the post office as it earlier said? please answer me as fast as possible thank you.

Click on your name on the page and it should come up with options including "order tracking", you'll be able to find it there. You should've also received an email about the purchase.
