Brand new G4 BCS ... functions perfectly but VERY NOISY. Should be a warning on the sales brochure. Fan comes on intermittently for 5 to 10 minutes separate to water use

I bought the classic hot cold and soda water Zip Classic product. I was tossing up between the ZIP and the BILLI. I wish I bought the Billi. It is SO LOUD it is like having a 747 in the kitchen every 10 minutes as it heats and cools.

Great product, no problems, never missed a beat, The unit looks great, We have 5 of these units servicing our entire site of 350 people and not one issue since they were installed.

Great service and product the Co2 is the best part and no kettle to clog bench a very happy consumer do not think I could cope without my Mr Zip

Love how my zip tap is seamless in my kitchen (barely notice its even there) but my most used appliance. It never fails and there follow up service is A1. Thank you zip hydro :))

Upgraded to the new model after 10 years of faithful service
The new model is going well it certainly is more compact but that comes at a price of an increase in fan noise and the need to exhaust the heat the installation guy was excellent and certainly explain what the need for a vent was all about overall I am looking to get another 10 years of faithful service from my zip hydro tap

We have used this product for six years and it has always performed reliably. It is indispensable in our kitchen and is used several times every day.

When it developed a leak from the water inlet connection recently, the company responded swiftly and their technician arrived punctually and performed the repair without fuss.

No Kettle, always ready. the one I would not live without. Glad I have ambient cold and not chilled, but can be a bit warm on hot days, so need to run off some water first. technician comes annually to change the filter.

Very bad, will break down every 6 months & they will charge you 900 for a service a complete waste of money. Do not buy it. Water taste funny & leaks water. Sitting there unable to use it as I cannot afford to fix it 2-3 times a year. You'd be regretting it if u brought it,, I am

Purchase in November. Wanted to streamline my kitchen. Water comes out at 75 degrees tops. Had the service guy come out and he said that’s the best we are going to get !!! It’s advertised at instant boiling water! $3500 and it’s useless. False advertising! Will be taking it further

We installed the zip boiling water unit when we did a renovation on our kitchen,it is without doubt the best thing we have done to our kitchen. Just brilliant and very reasonable to run as well

We love our ziptap and have never looked back. To have boiling water on tap and chilled water any time is brilliant. After 3 years we have never had a problem and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Carried out full kitchen renovation in 2017 and decided to fit a Zip hot and refrigerated water tap.
It is used constantly by family members and don't know how we lived without it. It is now something that I would definitely fit again if I was to carry out a future kitchen renovation.
The only negative is the fact the refrigerated water is not as cold as what came out of our water bottle cooler. Even though the temperature is adjustable it isn't as cold as what were we were previously used to. Very small issue as we also have an ice maker that can be used if needed.
Kids and their friends love using the tap.
Great piece of equipment. The black font has been fitted into the bench top next to a black sink and looks very attractive.
